This is the dumbest thing to nitpick but the phrase “real UFO” bothers me any UFO is a real UFO as long as it’s unidentified and flying because that’s what those words mean weather or not it’s an alien is a different matter it could be a pancake someone threw real hard as long as you don’t know that’s what it is it’s a UFO

Long time, no talk. I miss you guys. How the heck have you been? Please respond audibly now to your computer screens so that the people and animals near you look at you like you’re nuts. Obviously you cannot tell me how you’re doing, unless you want to send me an email to update me on how you’re doing, which I always welcome. 

Let’s talk patient to patient. I want to give you my perspective as a person living with Crohn’s who has had my fair share of endoscopic procedures. There are plenty of scholarly articles on the internet about the benefits of colonoscopies in inflammatory bowel disease so I’m not going to repeat here what has already been said there. I just want to have real talk, me to you, as patients.
