A lost US passport meant I got to spend a day in Germany. Was a pleasure to meet Jürgen, a restaurant and pub owner who offered me a place to sleep for the night in the oldest house in Frankfurt.

Velletri, Italy - a little sad when I realized this would be my last night sleeping out in the wild for the trip. There's been maybe 60 or 70 nights in "the coffin". Tomorrow I'll bike to Rome where I'll spend the weekend before flying home to Milwaukee on Sunday.

Time for lunch. On today's menu was two salami sandwiches, pineapple, and a large serving of blueberry yogurt.
