it's another month now of not having an income, though ive finally got proper word from the return to work admin. but even if i start this month, i won't be able to make enough in time for my loan payment on the 18th. i need to ask for help one more time. sorry. anything that anyone can spare will contribute to keeping my father from potentially coming after me.

Scug fauwa ...?

there's actually been several iterations of a "scug me" over the years.... (and by years I mean 1 year)

the first iteration was named "the stargazer" from back when I always played as spearmaster in coop and arena mode :3 the original version was based on me messing around with dms and it looked like this:

but this version didn't last long and it quickly became present day stargazer:

fun fact! when I originally played downpour, spearmaster was my fav scug, so naturally a projected on them which is what stargazer is <3

the next scug me happened while I was trying to make an iterator sona named "Forgivable Acts of Violence" but I failed repeatedly and just ended up drawing a slugcat lol

as you can see, its basically scug starra, and Ive never called this critter "forgivable acts of violence" outside of the original ref. I have used this scug in the past to represent myself on this blog but I'm not all that attached to it anymore :3

I hope one day I will make a real design for Forgivable Acts of Violence that actually looks like an iterator and isnt just another design turned into a slugcat hehe

the last iteration occurred bc of a daily rw ship art blog I saw where all the mods went by rw ship names. I wondered what name I would go by if I was a part of that blog. I decided on godmode, and also decided it'd be cute to try to make a shipkid sona! it ended up looking like this:

its name is "The End" because it is a deadly force of evil and if you see it the end of your life is very soon :)

but yea! those are all the scug fauwas to ever exist

I wouldn't really consider myself represented by scug starra or the end these days, and I doubt I will ever draw them again.

stargazer though.....I do still really like them. the only thing is I don't see myself much in spearmaster anymore but I also don't really want to change the design sooo idk :).... these days I mostly play as saint in coop, so I could add a long tongue to stargazer maybe. much to consider :3

but yea i think if i did wanna draw a "scug me" I'd go for stargazer hehe

Little Bug can't help but dread sticking around the colony. Between their siblings' constant insistence they dive head first into the things that terrify them and the other slugcats that could not seem to leave them alone, they just couldn't take it anymore!

They knew Gourmand had been distracted earlier with a small purple slugcat that had wandered in and offered Bug a flower, so they had time..

Quickly they headed to their nest and took one of the bombs they had hidden there, as well as swallow another just to be safe..... and just like that they head into Outer Expanse.

Through the path they took the undergrowth was thick. Bright orange stems and leaves so their paws tugged and broke their lengths as they walked. The path Little Bug took was one seldom trodden by fellow colony members leaving in search of food or supplies. It was unlikely anyone would come looking this way.

Bug knew to escape the noise their nest was sufficient. No one would bother them there if they requested it, and yet they always found themself coming out here instead.

It was dangerous. They could feel their breath quicken and their heart race as they took each intentional step away from safety. They simply had a feeling, that somewhere out here they could find an answer, whatever that could be.
