It took a minute to recall where she knows this man and when it clicked, all Ilia could do was wince. He was from Atlas. The high possibility he knew of her, or maybe even remembered that there was a faunus passing for a human in one of the Atlas schools --- the same faunus who attacked humans made her want to run.

“No, I’m fine.” a curt reply when questioned if she was lost.

Ilia’s breath caught in her throat at the sight of the familiar face. For some reason, she didn’t expect to see anyone she knew ( really, she didn’t know what to expect in the first place ). But there she was, and Ilia gazes at her as if she was the only person in the room.

She finally decides to walk her way with hands clasped together and a feeling of anxiety she can’t seem to shake --- the exact opposite of how she usually carries herself, but the other faunus was the only one she’s ever let her guard down for, after all.
