“U-unspeakable sins?”
I did nothing wrong, she thought in a defensive way. Nanami didn’t know why she was there, but surely wasn’t because of sins - she couldn’t remember doing anything wrong… right? Tomoe obviously wasn’t there, and she shouldn’t be too. deity hesitated to sit down.
Nanami hesitated to sit down, but when Alyss titled the chair once more, the goddess did it admirng the large tea table. ”Thank you,” she muttered with a smile. Alyss seemed to be nice, but something on that place was wrong - exactly like Yonomori’s shrine.
“Alyss-san… is this place relationed to yokais?” Even if Alyss didn’t seem to be a yokai, Nanami had no idea what an “Abyss” would be. “I mean, it is not the human world, right? Why are you here?”
❀;The girl was asking to many questions - she was way to curious for her own good, alyss frowned. She hoped that this wouldn’t become an problem in the future. Regardless, the intention of abyss smiled.
“I actually think you ended up in a different dimenssion then your own.” She answered honestly, she lifted her head up - with a thoughful expression, she slowly tapped her finger against the corner of her mouth. “Yokai is an uncommon word here,”
She guessed that nanami was leaded here by one of the chains who were wandering around. they probably made her hallucinate things to drag her over here - planning to eat her. For once, she was thankful that those low-life chains couldn’t keep their hunger down. As, they brought nanami to her, not on purpose of course. She smirked at the thought.
She didn’t bother to answer the rest - as it wasn’t needed for now.
She plopped down herself on the seat next to nanami, and shuffled closer to the girl, untill she could feel the girl’s shoulder against hers,
Feeling satisfied with herself, she raised one of the cups roughly to nanami’s lips, taking her by suprise though alyss ignored it.
“What flavor of tea does nanami like?”
“Uh-!” Alyss abruptly raised one of the cups on her mouth, and tea trickled down her chin. Nanami pulled the cup away, coughing a little, and wimped the tea from her lips. Alyss didn’t seem to bother answering all her questions.
That’s weird, she thought.
“I am not really into tea, you know…”the goddess said, rubbing her neck. “But if you have Jasmine Tea, I think it’s okay. I used to like this one when I was younger.”
“By the way, before coming here, I was looking around and I didn’t see any exit portal. What you have to do to go back to the human world?”
"Jasmine? is that what nanami likes?" She exclaimed loudly, a smile growing on her face - of course, how could she be so stupid? jasmime - it suited her perfectly, alyss thought.
This nanami reminded her of a beautiful and delicate - blooiming flower. Un touchable by the filthy, and sweeter then the rich - an jasmine flower.
Though the intention of abyss mood suddenly faltered when the girl spoke again-
"What do you have to do to go back to the human world?"
The words repeated in her head, reminding her that the girl didn't have the intention to stay here. The girl wanted to go home - and wanted leave her here, all alone.
The intention of abyss wouldn't accept that though.
"Does nanami not like it here?"
