Michael knew from the first that the witches would be a difficulty to be either put down or put to work but with their precious Cordelia gone and Mallory dead, he was now in charge of all the witches all over the world and believe him it was hard to track them down so that they couldn’t bring they’re sisters back from the dead. He had a way to kill not only body but the soul and he used it freely so that no witch could be brought back just like his Ms. Mead. 

He looks at the witch in front of him, his eyes going black “ If you run from me I can’t tell you how I will react because I really don’t know. scout isn’t saying frances is bullshitting her,she fully believes her-why would someone lie about being a witch in this day and age? especially after the whole exposure robichaux’s got after the supreme or whatever she’s called,scout’s not too sure; loads of girls were claiming to be witches and sent here for help to control their abilities. scout’s never been one to believe in such things,though her mother was a well known pagan,then again,her entire hometown believed the woman to be crazy. she should know better than to doubt such things existing.
