It’s a biological fact that fish do indeed change their sex to keep the male/female ratio balanced in their school population. So this fluidity actually makes more sense from a scientific standpoint than the silly idea that merfolk are born with a strictly assigned sex like humans.

First of all - this is so silly. Second of all - why is “ahegao” “visage de la petite mort”?! “Face of small death”? When the original translates more so into “moaning face”?!

It’s doubly silly, when you go for a very surface level etymology search and learn that there’s a synonym to ahegao, that uses a borrowed french word - “acmegao” a.k.a. “Orgasm face”. For real, the French academy just made up some posh scientific kink descriptions instead of actual kink names.
