To the children who will never know their mother or father or both. To the first responders that selflessly and without hesitation ran into a situation that would change their lives. To those that thought jumping from the 90th floor was better than waiting and seeing if help would ever arrive. To the wives and husbands that waited and waited for a message to tell them that their loved one was okay and the ones that never got that message. To the voicemails made out to families telling them that they loved them so much but wouldn't know if the outcome would include them alive. To those who will sit down today, remember that fateful day, where they were, who they were with, and who they wish was still with them. Today we remember the tragedy that struck the nation and the heartbreak that will never truly heal.
