Constitution of the Kingdom of Whitmia
In order to present ourselves in a more proper way to foreign entities, as well as to establish the powers and limitations of the government of the Realm, and, in addition, to secure the free rights of the citizens, a Constitution was written and ordained 3/1/2013 for the entire Kingdom of Whitmia. Theloyal people of Whitmia, in order to secure the rights granted to them by His Majesty, do ordain and enact this Constitution, outlining the rights and system of government of His Majesty’s Kingdom of Whitmia
ARTICLE I
Section 1
The King of Whitmia is the ultimate executive authority of the Kingdom of Whitmia; it is his responsibility to execute all laws within the Realm to the fullest of his extent.
Section 2
All laws proposed in Congress must be signed by the King to enter into law.
Section 3
The King of Whitmia must be of the House of Cronin, be of the age of reason, and be of full mental state and capacity to rule. If not, the Prime Minister will act as Crown Regent until His or Her Majesty is ready to assume the throne.
Section 4
The King of Whitmia will serve as the final judicial authority within the Realm and will settle any issues of note with the language of this Constitution, as well as any issues not in this Constitution.
Section 5
The King may at any time, without consent from the Congress or Prime Minister;
1.     Regulate commerce and interaction with foreign powers;
2.     Coin and regulate money;
3.     Regulate the armies of the Realm;
4.     Declare War;
5.     Any other powers delegated by the Congress for a set, limited duration
ARTICLE II
Section 1
There shall be a Congress, which will be the chief legislative body of the Realm. Both the Prime Minister and the King shall serve as Legislative Directors, and will also vote on bills if it is necessary. Representative appropriation will be determined by the constituency.
Section 2
The Prime Minister will be the head of the legislative, to be elected by a plurality of the Congress at any given time. He shall have responsibility of managing the government and its officials at the King’s discretion, and may execute all duties of the King in the absence of the King, with the King’s written consent.
Section 3
Legislation must pass with a majority through Congress, and must have the approval of both the King and the Prime Minister to enter into law.
ARTICLE III
Section 1
The following rights will be guaranteed to the citizenry of Whitmia; the right to free speech, free religion, free assembly anywhere within the Kingdom; the right to use the lavatory for any reasonable amount of time, the right to share cookery in any reasonable fashion; the right to store goods within a refrigeration device; the right to play ones music in a way he or she deems necessary or proper; the right to vote in both student, national, and extra-national elections; the right of free use of the common room, and last but not least, the right to bear arms.
Section 2
The King, nor the Prime Minister nor any government official shall be able to abridge the rights of another.
