ㅤㅤㅤWas it the beer talking? Perhaps. He didn't know. But he did know he enjoyed making her blush. He was rusty and didn't know how to talk to women these days. After all, he was skipped quite a few years and was brainwashed. That, of course, didn't really help his social skills. But with Karen, he found it easy to be his former self. Or at least a version of it.

ㅤㅤㅤHe noticed her looking at a couple nearby. They were all over each other, but in a way that made him cringe just a little. It was a bit hard to tell from her gaze, but he guessed she was longing for someone, who would love and appreciate her just as that man loved the woman sitting in his lap, that's why the question. A soft chuckle left his lips at her visible confusion and thinking she didn't hear him correctly. "Want to make them jealous?" Bucky repeated, a small smirk tugging at his lips. "I haven't had a lot of practice lately, but I think we could make us look much more in love than they do," he tilted his head just slightly towards the couple. "I might not make you feel butterflies, but I think I could possibly get you to blush a little," he smiled, hoping she'd be up for the challenge.

ㅤㅤㅤThe way she breathed his name nearly made him forget why he had pulled her into an alleyway and pinned her to the nearest wall. Honestly, it would be a lie if he said he hadn't thought about doing that to her, but not quite for this particular reason. Instinctively his hands locked hers in a firm, yet gentle grip around her wrists, his mind was already picturing him leaving a trail of hot kisses on her neck, his body pressed flush against hers, and Bucky couldn't help but let his eyes wander down to her soft looking lips, but that was not why he had her against a wall. As they were walking down the street Bucky noticed the creep from the bar they both went to the night before coming at them. He had to act fast before the guy could notice them, could notice her. That's why he did what he did. He let go of her wrists, but he didn't move from his position, instead he leaned in a little closer and brought his hand up to her face to gently brush a strand of her hair back, conveniently doing it so that if the creep would look at them, he wouldn't see her face.

ㅤㅤㅤHe was about to glance if the guy was gone when he noticed the pink tint in her cheeks – it was unexpected, Karen didn't seem like the girl, who'd blush easily, but it surely was welcome. A slight smirk pulled at his lips, his fingertips gently brushed another strand of her hair which he then tucked behind her ear. "This color looks good on you, Page," he said in nearly a whisper with a slight hint of teasing in his voice, but he did mean it. She looked gorgeous with that blush in her cheeks.

          He wanted to do something nice for her. Bucky wasn’t rich, in fact he had never been rich, so everything he knew about how to impress a lady was somewhat creative and wasn’t that expensive. Including this night. While on one of his rides around the city Bucky discovered a nice, quiet spot, out of everyone’s eyes, where lights from the city didn’t seem as bright and one could easily see the stars. And that’s where he took Wanda. He had laid out a blanket for them, and he had snacks and some drinks with him too. “So did I, yet here we are,” he smiled and looked at Wanda as she laid down next to him. “My pleasure,” Bucky replied, the smile on his face widening. “I’m glad you like it. Actually I discovered this place by accident. I was on my usual night ride and got lost a little, and I ended up here. I thought you might like it here.”
