It was very close, but Delilah JUST pulled out the win.
Miranda and Delilah stand alone in the library.

The two are at a conflict, when all of a sudden, a huge, hanging chandelier falls down on Miranda's head. Dead. Out of nowhere, a bookshelf moves and out slips Alex.
"Hello Delilah."
"H-h-hi Alex."
"I'm the killer Delilah. Are you surprised? I killed 12 people. A DOZEN. All were too foolish to run. Too foolish to hide, and in the end, they were the ones who died. You, though Delilah are lucky. You get out alive. Unlike those other 12 who have died. We still have our lives. Congratulations. I guess you are my most worthy adversary."

Where it all started....
Alex walks into the foyer, where it all happened, and 14 of you walked into the Manor for a chance of becoming the best sleuth. Alex walks there. She stands, alone, and isolated. She hears a robot moving, and from behind a secret door is a robot in shining armor, and shoots an arrow in Alex's throat, killing her. R.I.P.
