The real estate developers thought they struck gold when they’d stumbled upon pristine riverfront property in upstate New York. There plans of building an upscale glamp site were quickly dashed when they did the first site visit of the summer and realized an all boys summer camp had called the rocky cliffside on the other side of the river home for nearly a century. It took less than an hour for a group of counselors to let the developers know yuppies weren’t welcome in this neck of the woods.
