IYP - Dark Sky (radio rip) Out this June.
I sensed the slew of revered releases and influx of international DJ gigs over the last year had caught him by surprise. "I figured whoever's doing their thing, they'll want to hear some off-the-hook shit, I don't know," he said as we searched for a parking spot near the waterfront. He was grateful, if genuinely bemused, that a journalist would ask to tail him for a few hours. A woman he'd known for years from one of the buildings where he works recently asked if he was that Joey Anderson, to which he replied, "I ain't famous. You've been reading fucking articles!"

Late 70s disco samples made up the last record from 2562 - this one is cut from field recordings in Jordan (specifically, this place). It's beautifully rendered stuff and you should check out the stream over at FACT ahead of the EP's release on When In Doubt.
Christopher Reimer, guitarist in the brilliant Calgary band Women, has passed away.

Hemlock set to deliver once again with a new single from Randomer (due for release Feb 20). Heard the flip for the first time earlier in this West Norwood Cassette Library mix - which also boasts a killer tracklist on top of that.
Most of what I know about music production, I learned/nicked from this track. Thanks Barry.
Alternative TV "Lost In A Room"
Sibian & Faun - I'm Sorry Out now on Numbers! 12" is still forthcoming but you can snag mp3 or FLAC over at Boomkat. I'm putting on a show soon with these guys and a couple other Canadian powerhouses so probably keep an eye out for that.

A massive tune, uploaded earlier today on nodata after months of floating around in a number of recent mixes like this one (which you've hopefully heard by now).
