surana doing blood magic in front of the awakening companions for the first time with the three she takes to the final battle is fun because like oghren already knows and i think nathaniel would accept it after a serious conversation and then i think velanna has a whole screaming match w her while she’s still nearly dead from you know the blood magic and nathaniel is half carrying her which has got to be one of the worst ways to get stuck in the middle of a screaming match rip nathaniel

velanna: it is the duty of the dalish to hunt down their own keeper if they become an abomination and sometimes i lie awake at night thinking about how i would cut the commander down if she became one. sometimes i watch her spells as we fight to better understand how i would counter them, and sometimes for something like amusement i try to decide what kind of demon it would be. it will be pride, i think. the worst of them. is that a compliment or not? i can never tell
