Not been in a pub since March. Stil drinking but nothing like. Losing weight. So generally winning.

I’m now mostly a stay at home kind of guy who drinks 2 cans and a glass of red wine. Not been pub since COVID lockdown and I honestly do not know if I’m better or worse than before. I don’t I miss people.

Hi it’s been a while. So the gods have decided I’m moving. I will now be no longer living in the middle of a village with anything I want on my doorstep. Yes I do have a car, but it’s now 20 minutes to the village so food for thought. Hopefully it begins.

Update

Not been here for a while. Just getting bigger, still drinking. Had a full week of gym life and behaviour, followed by a week of being Ill, and drinking. Then a week of recovery and drinking and now it’s Christmas. Plus side, Works do last night. Only had four pints and I just wanted to go home. So there is one for the diary.

Anyway Merry Christmas.

I was a good boy, I did not drink nor did I cry.

I even went to the Gym, evidence on the scales I wonder why.

Amazingly a night session wasn’t that bad, quite enjoyable. Then I went to the pub! That’s football for you.
