The blog may be dead but we’re doing alright, thanks for asking and we hope everyone else is doing fine too.

My house was struck by lightning. I woke up to a loud flash, an explosion and a painting flying of the wall and hitting me square in the face. Half my outlets look like this. Lost a lot of my electronics. The wall above my breaker panel was blown open. I have several spots on the outside of the house where the siding was blown off. Fire department was already called. They didn't find any fire or smoldering though. I still have a livable home luckily but this is going to be a lot of work.

It’s been hard to find time lately, been super busy. When I do find time I’m going to go through my entire inbox. I pretty much never deleted any submissions so there’s sure to be a lot of good stuff in those 2,000 messages. I’ll build up a massive queue to fall back on so I’m not trying to have to remember to update the blog first thing every morning.

Three posts in a month. And only one an actual card. Don't let this site die like ohgodhearthcards did. If you guys aren't up to it, how about handing it off to someone who is?

So it's a card that can only be used against specific creatures types, needs a ton of sugary food to do anything, can only be used once, and can't even be played because it doesn't have flash?

Why are its abilities in the wrong order? Why does it say "eldrazi creature or token"? Why doesn't it define the P/T of the "eldrazi creature or token" in the second ability? Why doesn't it define X in the last ability, which doesn't even work because the copies would get sacrificed to the legend rule? 

It seems like most of the worst-designed cards on MTGCS are planeswalkers.

Step 1: determine which two colors are least likely to deal direct damage Step 2: create a hybrid card that does nothing but shell out direct damage in these colors. Step 3: make sure the stats are over the top, just in case
