why do you portray john so femininely?/genq

1. rep for feminine men especially feminine trans men; i think its important to have trans characters who dont pass, and to have characters of any gender identity to present themselves in a way that doesnt really follow traditional standards for gender. this reflects the spectrum and niches of gender and gender experiences that happen in real life (note: its also important to have trans characters who do pass to avoid tranaphobic stereotypes, which is the joy of having multiple trans characters so that you can show different trans experiences without misrepresenting them)

2. coping w my own dysphoria and gender envy 🤕

3. aesthetic purposes,,, feminine clothing/hair/makeup/etc can be really cool so i find it fun to have characters who are feminine !!
