Please note, the absence of food here.... We've been here for 45 minutes. Took 15 minutes to put in an order, 20 minutes to get coffee, 33 minutes for my grandmother to get her waffle, it's now 46 minutes since we sat down and I still don't have my eggs. I make shitty eggs but even shitty eggs take less than 10 minutes. The server did everything he could but he was waiting 15 tables alone and playing host, server, busboy and cashier, so I left him a 50% tip. I was a server and cocktail waitress for years. I remember it being a legitimate struggle to mount this horse. The one time I got close to mounting it without assistance it freaked out and shook me off like a dog shakes of water.
