Ymir blushed for a moment as his eyes fixated onto her back. He nodded as he spoke. “ Sure, Anri. “ He took small steps towards her as his hands went up to pull on the zipper. He took a small gulp as he thought of an idea- 

He leaned forward quickly before placing a gentle kiss along her back before resuming to zipping her dress up. “ T-There you go... “

“ Alright but only because I believe you, Lynn. “ He folded the book before pushing it away from in front of him. “ You have my undivided attention now. “

" Yup, I finished it. I finished it days ago, Ymir. " That's a lie, she hasn't even started it. " C'mon-- You've been working on that thing for hours-- Take a break and spend some time with me?~ "

“ Is that the truth, Lynn? If you honestly did then I will put everything aside and give you my full attention. “

“ Lynn, Did you finish your book report yet? You know its due soon, right? “

A small squeak escaped him, not expecting such a greeting from his small trip away from the dorms. “ It-It’s only been a day, Anri! I told you I was coming back.. “ His voice lowered for a moment until his own arms wrapped around her as well, not being able to contain his own grief. What am I saying? “ I missed you too, Anri! Why not come with me next time?! “ Probably only for a day, but he missed the warmth she provided him and her touch. “ Here, I brought some stuff back for you too. “ His arm still remained around her as he spoke only after a while he buried her in kisses.
