Iiiiiits that time of year again! Kitten season! (For reference this is 7/23/16, these posts often get reblogged years after I make them).

A friend of my boss found 6 of these beautiful babies on the side of the road and they need homes! Their spay/neuter will be paid for and their deworming/flea treatment has been donated already by a local vet. There are 6 in total (2 female 4 male) and the foster cannot keep them! There’s a chance I’ll be helping to foster a few and in that case I’ll be training them for harnesses and leash walking.

They’re around 6 weeks old and will need homes before the end of August. If you know anyone who is interested or who may be interested, reblog and let them know! Please contact me here (message or ask or fanmail is fine) if you have any interest!

I used to work at Dunkin and I swear you would do things like this on peoples ridiculous requests and it either got a chuckle and a thank you… Or they bitched you out for being a smart ass.

Example: one time a dude asked for heavy cream so my cashier asked how white they wanted the coffee and they said make it purple. So I went to the decoration area and got flavorless food dye and made it purple. Never had a dude laugh harder in my life

[ not that he knows much about games or hacking. just... stuff to protect his financials ] Oh well. That’s fine. So what are the things I’m looking for anyway?

I can get similar odds by literally throwing my hair at a garbage can.

Statistically, a charity that uses less than two thirds of its donation money for its central mission is in the bottom 10% of charities, in terms of efficiency and fiscal responsibility. Locks of Love uses less than one third of the hair they receive. (and I’m pretty sure they aren’t using the hair to buy TV spots.)

I should also mention that they actually don’t give people hair. They sell it. What good is a charity that doesn’t give free things to people in need? That’s not a charity. That’s a for-profit business.

I recommend Pantene Beautiful Lengths.

Wigs for kids is also great. When I donated I went through them because they were the only group that would accept donations of just 8” (and hair that was dyed.) Either way, don’t do locks of love.
