Deep dive to Spam bots on Tumblr (Spoiler: FSB mentioned)
(TL;DR: Russian business man is heavily investing into companies behind the bots, mentions of FSB, Shell companies in tax-evasion and weak business law countries, Huge industry and money laundering)
I got annoyed about the bots on tumblr, so I decided to do some investigation into who is behind them and funding the operation, here is my findings:
The graph shows how a network of “affiliate marketing” companies for “dating” services is connected and some of the key players behind said companies
The first “company” I ran into is called “Digital international Inc” and it is shown as the “legal entity” behind of many of the websites the bots tend to link to, it also has its address listed in the Marshall Islands.
By looking at trademarks owned/filed by that company, we find 2 more companies/trademarks that are/were owned by the same legal entity.
First of these is called “Mirelia Services Co.”, currently known as “Mirelia Networks”, which lists its main business as “advertising and marketing” and is registered at the same address as “Digital International”.
Where things get interesting is when we look at one of the trademarks that was passed between “Mirelia” and “Digital international”, a trademark for an LGBTQ+ dating app called “Hitwe”,
The trademark application for “Hitwe” is listed as “Rescinded/canceled” but from the original registration documents and later ownership transfer filings, we come across an interesting company
“Matar Trade & Invest Ltd.” This company has other similar “dating” and “marketing” companies linked to it, and is owned by “Vladimir Mnogoletniy”, a Citizen of Russia, who has lived in Ukraine for over 10 years and his runs his businesses there, but interestingly does not seem to have officially moved there, and maintains his Russian Citizenship as his only one.
He is also the CEO or a major of many other companies, the main one being “Genesis”, the company behind a controversial fitness app “BetterMe”, which has been shown to aggressively sell user data to less-than-reputable ad companies and affiliates, as well as being used to redirect money from scam dating sites and lessen the impact of credit card chargebacks from those sites [See footnote 1]
What makes him a particularly interesting individual is that his father, who is a Captain of the Second Rank in the Russian Navy, is doing security work for “Sevmash” - A Russian shipbuilding company, the only one that is making nuclear submarines in Russia. He also co-authored a research paper that talks about “Military Counterintelligence activities”, The other author of said paper is an FSB officer.[See footnote 2]

"You call him PASTA BOY?" He screamed the nickname as you gave him a sheepish smile, yet your eyes sparkled with mischievous. "If I can't call him Tagliatelle, I call him Pasta Boy. That way I don't keep messing up his name and make people read the name wrongly. See, fixed!" You spoke as Childe's eyes sparkled and a playful yet mischievous smile appeared on his face.
"You better run, because I won't have mercy on you. After all, you insulted my boy and I can't allow that, can I girlie?" He smirked, tossing the controller on the couch. You quickly dashed up from the desk chair before you started to run towards the kitchen, your boyfriend hot on your heels as the room got filled with loud laughter.
You kept glancing over your shoulder so much that when you noticed that the redhead wasn't running after you, you ran straight into him after he had changed directions to be able to catch you. Caged in his arms, his hand slid down to your waist as he started to tickle you.
You wheezed from laughter trying to escape Childe and trying to not fall on the floor - which would be impossible as Childe made sure to keep you standing - as you begged him to stop. "I promise- I wo-n't insult- him anymore!" You sputtered out in between laughter and trying to gain some air.
Childe hummed happily as he stopped tickling you, happy with your promise. "Now that all is settled, I have to continue the quest of my boy Tartaglia." He stated, returning to the living room to continue his game, leaving you behind to try and catch some breath while trying to calm down.

It was a few days later, Childe had become a full-time Tartaglia simp and when you had told it to your chat, they were beyond happy to hear that. Because Tartaglia's voice actor simping for everyone's favorite character? It was the best news you probably had ever delivered to your viewers.
Childe was still at the studio, while you had started to make dinner. Pasta. It was always a good option to make when you had still a lot of work to do and when Childe would come home late. After all, you could easily warm it up in the microwave or just eat it cold.
You turned your head when you heard the door open and fall shut. "You're home early." You noticed as the redhead walked into the apartment. "It wasn't that many lines, and they had an appointment." Your boyfriend shrugged as he kicked his shoes out and dropped his bag on the couch.
"What are you making little bird?" He asked, the new pet name making you roll your eyes. "Is that the new nickname you have for me for today?" You teased him, sending him a glance. "Can't help I want to give you so many nicknames." He smirked, sending you a wink. "Normal nicknames would be sweet, but you take pet names very literally." You said amused, a chuckle rolling off your lips.
"Anyways, dinner is ready." You announced as you turned off the stove and started to fill the plates as Childe took in a deep breath. "Pasta?" He questioned when he noticed it was a familiar, very delicious smell. "Even better, it's Tartaglia." You said, purposely messing up the pasta's name as you placed the plate in front of him, a smirk gracing your face.
He feigned hurt, gasping dramatically. "You promised me you wouldn't insult him anymore." He reminded you. "Yes, but you never made me promise I couldn't name this pasta Tartaglia." You smirked.
"Unbelievable. Here I thought we had an agreement, that you wouldn't insult my dear boy, and yet here we are, you somehow find a way to not only insult my boy but dare to serve me pasta that reminds you of my boy." He dramatically gasped, making you burst out in laughter as he pulled weird faces in between his sentences.
"Blame the game makers, I bet they were eating tagliatelle when they tried to come up with a name." You snorted as Childe placed a black velvet box on the table, his arm movement aggressive, yet he did make sure he didn't really slam it on the table. You didn't get the time to process this all as your goofy boyfriend went on.
"Woman," He sighed, feigning disappointment. "I believed that after you promised to not insult Tar-" "Pasta boy." You cut him off with a snort. "Not to insult my boy, I believed you were worth a ring, after all, I couldn't simp alone for my dear Fatui Harbinger." He spoke as he opened the box. "Yet, you prove me wrong-" You couldn't stop laughing anymore. This all was both hilarious and amazing. You loved the fact that he was literally proposing to you while he went on about how you insulted Tartaglia.
This all made tears run down your face from laughter, you were beyond happy that he was practically proposing to you and that he was doing this in such a goofy and playful way, yet you couldn't deny how comical this entire situation was. But he was doing it in his own way, the same way he managed to snatch your heart. By being his funny, goofy, and energetic self.
"Okay fine, if you put the ring on me, I solemnly swear, and I will put it in my wedding vows, that I will never insult our boy ever again." You chuckled amused. "Ah see, that's why I decided to buy this ring." He hummed happily as you snickered while he carefully pushed the ring on your finger. "And it's a yes." You assured him, knowing he did need to hear that word nonetheless.
"Now let's eat. After all, we need to appreciate the dish our favorite boy is named after." You smirked before taking a bite from your food. "You're lucky I love you, girlie. Or I wouldn't have tolerated and allowed you to take this one. But the pasta is delicious, so I forgive you." Childe huffed playfully, shaking his head. "I love you too, big simp." You chuckled, earning a big smirk from - now - your fiance.
But wait until you see what I do when you learn his real name is Ajax, the developers must have loved watching the soccer team of the Netherlands play.

From the beginning, you two were always friends. You two would battle with onikabuto, and somehow you'd always win. You were 'the brains' and Itto was 'the brawn' as people would say.
Although lately, you believe that you have grown feelings for him. When you see him, it'd always give you butterflies in your stomach and a red blush would grow across your face.
One day, you finally decide to make a move.
"I'm doing good itto, what about you?"
"Great!"
"Great!"
"Ne ne Itto, I have this snack with me. Wanna play a game?"
You give a smile, completely hiding your intentions.
"Sure y/n! So, how do you play"
"Okay, I'm going to take one end of this pocky stick and you take the other."
"Mhm."
"And the first one to reach the middle wins!"
"Alright, let's do this! I will become victorious!"

You take the stick out and place the first end in your mouth. Itto takes the other. You start first, taking a bite closer to the middle. Itto goes, and takes a huge bite.
The game's barely started and you two are already close to kissing. You blush furiously, suddenly kind of regretting it. It was your turn now.
One bite...
Your lips come in contact with itto's. His eyes widening in shock, but kisses you back. Was this a dream? Had he grown feelings for you too?
Then he retracts from the kiss...
"Haha y/n! You got me. That kiss was surely sweet, and I love you too."
He gives a huge smile, fangs showing. You turn away to hide your blush.
"I'm glad that we have gotten so close to each other and that we share feelings. I hope that in the future, I'd stay with you"

You and Ayato met as young kids and got along pretty well. Now, you're an advisor for the one and only.
Sometimes, you two would go out on 'friend dates'. Walk around Inazuma and chat about some things, but you had held secret feelings for him from the start.
On an uneventful day, a date with him and enjoying the scenery. As you two were walking, Ayato spots a snack shop. He walks over to the merchant and purchases a snack seemingly known as "POCKY".
"Ah, Y/n. Care to play a game?"
"Sure Ayato, what type?"
"The pocky game."
A light smirk can be found in his face. You noticed this and started getting hot all over, the tips of your ears turning red.
"S-sure"
He takes an end, while you take the other.
He went first, taking a moderately big bite. You took your time, taking small bits of the snack.
Ayato would pretty much do the same, not wanting to reach the middle, yet.
As you were growing closer to the middle, so was he. You shut your eyes, not wanting to make eye contact with him.
He's only now inches away, he takes a big bite. Lips brushing over yours and ending in a tie with a flustered y/n.
He removes his lips and wipe his mouth. Smiling in a way that made your heart flutter.

First off, when I tell you Itto's gang will not go a day without giving Itto the utmost shit for his infatuation, I mean it, and it's because you are so different from him. When he first met you, they could practically see the hearts in his eyes, and he went up to you, tried to brag and flaunt himself in your presence, make a grand presentation of himself like usual but times ten, and... you were so scared by the big oni man you ran off before he even finished his speech about "the one and oni". The Arataki Gang? Yeah, they never let him live that down.
It's no secret that Itto likes to place himself around people that challenge him. You, however, were a different challenge entirely. You really tested his patience, not because he was getting tired of waiting around for you or anything. He would wait a million years for you to come around if he had to, but he's known from the moment you two met (literally) that making the first move was out of the question. You were so timid and fragile, and holding himself back is not Itto's specialty, but sure as damn well will learn for the woman of his dreams!
This man, despite his own nature working against him, has the patience of a saint. He waits days, weeks, months before it even becomes clear to him that you in fact don't mind his presence. Whether it was because he was just an idiot or his own insecurities surrounding you were clouding his judgment, he was never sure until the moment you told him "I'm glad you're always around" that he knew, and that boy lit up like a Christmas tree. He went and bragged to Granny Oni that night and told her how he was gonna marry you some day.
So I'm sure you can imagine at that point how grueling it is for him to be holding back all these strong feelings when a year passes by, and he's still in the friends zone, being absolutely dogged on by the gang and Ayato. Even Yae is watching smugly from the sidelines at this point. All he wants to do is hold you and kiss you until the end of eternity, but he's aware that if he tried you would quite possibly implode into a disaster of cosmic proportions. But when that moment finally does come, when you two are sitting under a withering arch on the edge of a cliff at sunset and you finally muster up the courage to place your dainty little hand on top of his, the fireworks that go off in that man's head are indescribable. By the time he notices you looking up at him sparkling little doe eyes, a rosy hue painted across your face as gentle sun rays lay on top of you and make your skin glow a shade wondrous gold, he's immediately committing that sight to memory. He will mention it in his wedding vows, and you might faint during them, but it'd be worth it.
You actually like him back. It's a concept for many weeks Itto is practically incapable of comprehending, but the worst part is he might never know you actually felt that way from the very beginning. You just never possessed the guts to tell him, and instead you submitted both you and him to a year long painstaking slowburn that felt like it lasted forever, but Itto will swear for the rest of his life that wait was one-hundred percent worth it.
