ok, so I just discovered in the funniest way possible that I cannot be captured

at all

two trainers found me going to uni. They thought I was just a wild dunsparce and one of them threw a quickball at me, which didn't work. It didn't even suck me in

then one of them grabbed a FUCKIN MASTERBALL and threw at me

not happy with the results, THEY THREW IT AGAIN

they gave up once I asked them to stop while crying :D

Should I point out that Kricketune’s famous cry is in fact ecologically the opposite of pointless?

Its primary purpose is that of a mating call, the volume and tune of which is used as a display. Kricketune is a species for which both sexes display, a relatively rare behaviour.
