Wij kinderen van station Amstel. A 74 pages graffiti photo book. ‘From here too...Station to Station’..PPPgraffitiPress, Dutch Mountains 2017. (price;+-25 euro) -David Bowie (some other book also dedicated this song but I believe David is ok with that (:..who cares?! Anyway, nice little bookie with 74 pages filled with a lot of funk & punk from all over but mainly early Amsterdam Subway graffiti photographed often at Amstel Station. The book will be sold (non-profit) in some good (book)stores in Amsterdam, Hamburg & Berlin. For the rest i’m not sure cause the graffiti scene itself is not my world really. Not so deep into that. I am a writer not a bitch (: But there is an online version on the net to view the book. It’s not a production made for the bigger audience anyway and it’s also no typical graffiti book’ but more some kinda ‘time document’ then a book only showing clear graffiti photos. So no new ‘Subway Art’..but we can’t always continue in the old ways right...left, right, left..march or die!! (: Ok, piece out and thanks for watching. Enjoy.
