it is also worth noting that this will be used to cover up the inaction on the cost of living crisis. expect a bunch of "uk coming together to mourn the queen" bullshit soon when families are choosing between heating their homes and feeding their kids
not to mention how the funeral costs will show just where the country's priorities are but any political figures pointing that out will be demonised for being anti-monarchy

i’m still no good at coming up with titles
a list of things i’ve found while looking for A Pinch of Sugar’s revised chapters:
a) both my undergrad and postgrad dissertations in different states of edits
b) a folder with four Taylor Swift albums, from ‘Taylor Swift’ to ‘Red’
c) both HTTYD and HTTYD2 soundtracks
d) a series of drunken videos i made that i’d rather forget can’t they have been the things that went missing
MY UNDERGRAD UNIVERSITY DISSERTATION CHAPTERS ARE SAVED IN MY FANFIC FOLDER BUT NOT THE DAMN COFFEE SHOP AU

…i don’t think i have the wherewithal to write anymore of it… but i wonder if i still have the drafts of the other chapters…
the way A Pinch Of Sugar worked was that I wrote a full fic and then was going through a process of thoroughly editing and rewriting it with a different plot, and that’s what I started to post, and never finished.
I can’t find the rewritten stuff, but I did find the original fic.

good god whatever bullshit comes up in my current fandoms is never as bad as the stuff that happened/happens in the httyd fandom. i can be surprised no longer. i am numb to it all
