Yes please. I wanna go!!
I did a cord cutting ritual last night for the full moon. It was more so emotional and mental, it was to help let go of the trauma from my past (I have childhood PTSD, and anxiety that stems from that) so that I can move on for the better for my future. I found feel it in my heart and soul as the flame got closer and closer to the cord, and once the cord caught fire and let go I felt this huge weight lifted. Now I'm still seeking (currently looking for a new therapist) professional help, so this was more of a stepping stone for letting go. And because I've been dedicated to seeking help for healing I'm sure the manifestation of this will help somewhat. I took the time to meditate on the intent, I carved sigils and symbols and my name into the candles as well. I went solely on gut feeling and laid down for a bit after meditating to relax myself. I'm feeling pretty good today so I think I made the right choice. This was my second attempt as the first one didn't feel like the right time. â ď¸never do a cord cutting ritual/ceremony unless you are 100% sure that is what you want!!â ď¸ ------- #cordcuttingritual #rituals #candlemagick #candles #lettinggo #bettermentalhealth #betteringmyself #magick #magic #workingonmyself #witch #witchcraft (at Oregon) https://www.instagram.com/p/CVTlF8_hpOP/?utm_medium=tumblr
My friend and I are doing a cord cutting ritual tonight. To let go of the past trauma that has been fighting us on our healing journey, the past part of ourselves that keeps telling us things still aren't ok. So that when we do shadow work with the past us that needs to heal can heal. Wish us luck and if possibly send us all the good and supportive intentions â¤

I did a 5 card spread about a personal concern I had over a choice I made during the weekend. What I gathered from the cards, it felt more like a mother reassuring me that I made the right choice, and that it should turn out for the better for both me and the person involved in the question. I love this deck and I'm so glad I bought it.
I made sure to take a picture of both the cards and their books meanings
Card 1 = the question | card 2 = past | card 3 = future | card 4 & 5 = the people involved

Setting my intentions for the day. Counterclockwise - Widdershins - to banish (negativity, energies who want to do me harm) Clockwise - Deosil - to bring in positivity, abundance, and to attract good things that I need. I'm going to start trying to do this daily đ ~°¤°~ ~°¤°~ ~°¤°~ ~°¤°~ #tea #teamagick #settingintentions #banish #banishnegativity #bringinginthegood #witchytime #goodmorning #goodvibes #goodvibesonly #witchlife #witchcraft #kitchenwitch #pagan #eclectichome #eclecticwitch (at Oregon) https://www.instagram.com/p/CL4trXUgsQN/?igshid=b46bz3dgk5mi
This is for the previous post, I made sure to take pictures so I can reflect on it later since this was my second reading on this deck. The first was an interview reading which I kept between myself and very close friends/coven members. #moonologyoraclecards #answers #forpreviouspost #oracle #oraclecards #oraclecardreading (at Oregon)
So I did a little five card spread for myself. It was pretty eye opening and gave me some insight.
¤ The deck I'm using is the Moonology Oracle Card Deck (bought from Marshals, no judgement please they called to me) and this deck will be for my self readings.
¤ I have 3 other decks I'll use for friends or people who need some insight or a brutally honest opinion from some cards (I will not lie my other decks are harsh as hell like a slap in the forehead)
âI will post the booklet guide to the cards I drew in another post as IG only has a 10 picture or video limit.â

cottage life in the early days of fall
If I could have this as my own secret space I'd be in heaven đ
I have an IG now, nothing has been posted there yet. I'm slowly but surly thinking of things to post.
That feeling when you do a tarot reading for a friend's near future and the cards call the tf out on some things. Lol. My cards are always spot on
đSpell Envelopesđ
Yâall this is seriously a game changer!!Â
As a college student, Iâm super broke and havenât wanted to buy sachets for spells, but I have a solution! Just use an envelope instead! You can get a whole box for like $3 (or you probs already have some) and they work just like a sachet: you put your herbs, pieces of paper, little crystals, etc. inside. Â
You can also decorate them with designs, colors, and sigils that correspond to the spell youâre doing! Â The one in this picture is a love spell I made for a friend! Art isnât your thing? Just use stickers! Washi tape!Â
You can carry them around easily and discreetly too.  You could even mail a spell to a friend! And add a layer of enchantment to bless your postal delivery person while theyâre carrying the spell :)
â¨â¨
Addition: Â As the lovely @crystal-w0lf added to the comments, you can also bury them for offerings or protection spells!!!

⨠Mabon Altar Tips â¨
hi, angels! you didnât think i forgot about Mabon, did you? the autumn equinox falls in September, typically ranging from the 21st to the 24th. this year, in 2017, it is occurring on the 22nd. Mabon is symbolic - it the first official day of Fall, as well as a time to show your thanks and count your blessings - a witchâs thanksgiving, if you will! the days and nights are now equal in length, and it is a wonderful period to celebrate such a balance. this was the first holiday i celebrated as a witch. it may even be my favourite holiday on the Wheel of the Year. Mabon is the pathway to a beautiful season, and the air offers a warm essence. it is full of good feelings: being extra appreciative of what you have, recognizing the potential you have to change, and being inspired to grow. with that said, here are some ideas to incorporate into your Mabon altar!:
đ colors. this is always the first thing my mind goes to when creating a themed altar! it is the basis for the whole feeling of your sacred space, and will help to get you in the mood for the season. oranges, reds, gold, browns, yellows, and deep purples are a few good fits. objects such as candles, cloths, ribbons, flowers, or statues in these colors are a few wonderful ideas.
đ imagery. for this particular time of year, some things you should incorporate include pumpkins, gourds, baskets, acorns, apple or pumpkin seeds, and corn/corn dolls, all of these things symbolize the second harvest, and should also get you in the right mood for the autumn season. if you like, try adding some collected fallen leaves and sticks, as well. (if you cannot add any of these objects in their natural forms, dollar and craft stores have faux or decorative versions of all of them)!Â
đ balance. after all, this is a time of year in which light and dark are at their balanced peak.  quartz on one side and obsidian on the other, a light and dark feather, dark and light pumpkins or gourds, a black candle and a white one - try including this symbolism in a creative way!
đ candles + incense. what altar is complete without some sort of candle? add ones in the colors of fall, or in yummy autumn scents. if you cannot add real candles to your altar, consider LED ones or fairy lights, spritzing a holiday scented spray around your space. for incense, try to include some scents such as myrrh, sage, pine, frankincense, sweetgrass, cinnamon, and even pumpkin.
đ herbs, spices, + crystals. add small dishes or bottles of herbs that compliment the season! marigold, sage, chamomile⌠just to name a few! citrine, clear quartz, amber, gold, or yellow topaz are a few crystal ideas to get started, as well.Â
đ food. once the actual holiday is closer, consider adding some fresh offerings in bowls or baskets, or on pretty plates/trays. food offerings may include grapes, apples, nuts, grains, and wine.Â
i hope this list is helpful! i absolutely love this time of year and the sentiment that it holds. remember to dwell more on what you have, rather than what you may not. blessed be, and have a wonderful season! )O(
