Transitioning to Montessori at 13 months old.. Where do I start? We have SO many toys. Mostly new and bought by family and friends. I just don't know how to go about it and where to start. I love the idea of Montessori and think it'll be super beneficial but am looking for some guidance. Also, what do you do about gifts from others? How to not get copious amounts of toys and actually getting things you want for your little one? Thank you in advance!

Went out to the garden with Peanut today. She's been feeling better.. It's been a little over a week since she slipped a disc in her back. It was so good to feel somewhat normal in our daily activities even if its just a little time spent in the garden. I decided to make some yummy eggplant parmesan with the eggplant harvested today, as well as some of my roma tomatoes from the garden. We'll be serving that tonight for Buddy's birthday dinner. I can't wait to taste it and hope that its as good as I'm hoping it to be.
