i believe that highschool students should not be constantly experiencing overwhelming amounts of stress. stress is proven to have detrimental effects on one’s health. in the short term, it can cause anxiety and over long periods of time cause heart problems, degrade the immune system, and lead to depression. though it should be, mental health is not the highest priority in many high schools, so i created this blog to share with you all some tips that i have learned along the way to manage stress and hope that you guys will share your tips as well.
