Endometriosis Photo-A-Day Challenge Day 20: Secret Fact The endo diet is very restrictive. But here is a good example of something I can eat (minus the red meat) salad and chicken. That's pretty much it. So when I eat with people I usually know that I'm going to be a lot of trouble, not eating or in pain afterwards. Endometriosis Photo-A-Day Challenge Day 26: POCS (polycystic ovary syndrome) This is another disease similar to endo, much easier to diagnose and usually hand in hand with endometriosis. During my surgery they observed that I may have POCS (I wasn't told) but it turned out all my prior tests came out negative. Endometriosis Photo-A-Day Challenge Day 23: Guilty Pleasure. So I'm fairly behind on the posts again due to painkillers. So I'll try and do a catchup today. For most this wouldn't be a guilty pleasure but for endo just about everything effects me. In my breakfast the things I'm definitely not allowed are caffeine, dairy and gluten. All of this causes pain. But I food is my favourite thing.
