Working in Ghana with footwear brand #HeelTheWorld was particularly interesting because of their attention to high design and focus on deliverance of quality. They have amazing products, however, our discussions cantered on how to get the products to a new route to market. I identified factors for realignment and how these would add value to end product. Results were a new direction, new routes to market and repeat business. Working on new initiatives for 2016 and more.
