27. Was there a person in their life that changed their viewon life/the world?
Hismother. She made him a more optimistic being, whether she ever knew that ornot. She was an author, and the way she depicted the world through her storiesshaped his view of his own world.
37. What is their greatest accomplishment?
Thisquestion scares him, because he doesnāthave an answer. He graduated at the top of his class at Yale University, wonawards for his hard work throughout school and college, and even made his oncesmall job as an art curator into a thriving career. Yet, at the end of the day,he doesnāt have an answer to this. Those accomplishments are small to him ormean nothing.
39. What is their least favorite memory?
Daysafter his mother passed away, he broke down after trying to be strong and levelheaded for the rest of his family. He was willing to put aside his grief tohelp his father with funeral arrangements and keeping matters afloat. Yet, an inevitablebreakdown happened once he realized she was truly gone.
That heāscompletely useless. Heās afraid that he wonāt ever make the slightestdifference.
40. Where do they see themselves 10 years from now?
Realistically,he sees himself exactly where he is now. Continuing his career he doesnāt havemuch interest in, traveling, and keeping himself busy. But in his dreams, heādlike to be owning his own surf shop ten years from now, living life simply ingood olā Eastcliff.

Without a doubt, Ella loved Eastcliff and the sounds of ocean waves she could hear outside the windows of her humble home. But, working in Los Angeles proved to make Eastcliff a bit of an inconvenient commute - especially during traffic hour. The woman didnāt really love to drive much of anywhere to begin with, and a couple hours of traffic made her miss the east coastās reliable public transportation a little (or maybe a lot).Ā
After finally shifting her car into park in the comfort of her driveway, she started pulling her things out of her car and balancing them in her arms - books, a stack of papers, her purse, her phone, the fast food sheād just picked up. Sheād hardly paid any mind to the jogging figure that passed by her, only to see the figure return to her periphery with the familiar sound of Willās voice. She rolled her eyes at his comment, but couldnāt help but smile a little too.Ā
āStalker?ā She scoffed with a small smile playing on her lips.Ā āWow. Pretty strong accusation, coming from the sweaty man thatās standing in my driveway.ā As she finished speaking, her smile dissipatedĀ about as quickly as it had appeared, as her books started to fall out of her arms and onto the pavement next to her feet. She tried to keep the rest of her stuff from falling, mumbling quickly to herself, āSon of a bitch -āĀ Ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Will couldnāt help but to glance at the pavement before him, then took a step back to take in the image of her house. Of course, he had seen it before. Of course he knew it was her house, but he was one for the dramatics. āThis is your house?ā he playfully asked then added, āYou know, itās still suspicious, considering I live down the street. How long has this obsession been going on, El?ā
Ā Ā Ā Before she could give him an answer, a sarcastic retort no doubt, all her belongings slipped out of her arms and onto the ground. His playful faƧade washed away in that quick moment as he bent down to gather all her things. Before she could retrieve them, he playfully held them slightly out of her reach as if he was a damn child ā and some days, he was. Then again, it was always nice to put this incredibly stupid height to good use.
Ā Ā Ā āIāll give these back if you promise to not blow me off like you always do.ā Alright, so maybe he was the one with the obsession issue. Heād never admit it, of course.
Aiden let out a nod, returning to his cigarette, the smoke pooling out of his nose and mouth as he glanced up at the sky, only again to hear the guy approaching, glancing back down and laughing at the words.Ā āIād take the money for sure, buy a couple beers, so why donāt you buy me a couple beers, scum bag?ā Aidenās words were clearly in jest, amusement dripping from them.
Ā Ā Ā Ā Will put up his hands in protest and let out a laugh. āHey, if Iām a scumbag, youāre in this with me. Youāre a scumbag, too.ā He gave a quick glance around their surroundings to see if any bystander happened to be looking for their money. Then again, he didnāt even look that closely. āI say you keep the money and you buy me some beers since Iām so gracious enough to not take the money from you,ā he joked back with a grin.Ā āSee? Iām a really wholesome dude.ā
Mack hadnāt done anything like this since high school. She was never a troublemaker by any means, but she was a competitive girl who every once in a while had a daring side to her. Tonight the one too many Coronas had given her that little push.Ā āYou make it sound like we are busting through a window. They will hardly know.ā At his question, she shrugged. āDidnāt really check my address book.Ā āCome on, Will my boy. Are you in or are you out?ā
Ā Ā Ā Will was a yes man. It was very rare that he found himself turning something down. Of course, he always had to either complain or express his opinion about the matter, but that never meant heād back down. āWell, obviously Iām in,ā he told her then added, ājust wanted you to know what weāre getting into. But fuck it, letās go.ā
Ā Ā Ā Music pumping through his ears, sweat dripping down his forehead ā running in Eastcliff around this time of the year was easier said than done. Then again, it seemed like he chased warm climate since he was born. Running near the beach on a sunny day always reminded him why he somehow ended up in a town like this. He liked its quirkiness, but above all, it was beautiful. He couldnāt deny itā¦felt like home to him.
Ā Ā Ā But what he unquestionably loved the most was the people. And he was reminded of that little concept when he caught sight of a familiar passerby. At first he overlooked it, his brain not registering just who it was in that quick glance. Soon as he figured it out, his feet began to run backwards. He jogged to her backwards in place until she could see his face. A bright smile found his lips and he peeled the earphones out of his ears. Even though he was the one who went out of his way to flag her down, he couldnāt help but to tease her.
Ā Ā Ā āOh, Ella. I told you a million times that you donāt have to stalk me, you know. A simple phone call will suffice.ā
Ā Ā Ā It was his truest nightmare, his hell on earth. The blood that rushed through him went cold in that moment. How could this happen to him? How could he be so foolish to let this happen? He was supposed to be the eldest one, the one who could protect and take care of others at all cost. āNo, no, no,ā he muttered to himself in disbelief. Life was simpler when spent alone, though that wasnāt much of an opinion but just an obvious fact. When youāre alone, thereās no one to disappoint but yourself. A guilt rose within him, but above all, embarrassment tore straight through him.
William Bennett Edwards was great at everything. Everything except⦠laundry.
Ā Ā Ā Holding the shrunken shirt of his sisterās, he stared in shock. What was he going to tell her? How did it end up in his wash, anyways? Maybe it would still fit her ā she was slim, every piece of her clothing looked shrunken to him considering his large stature. Panicked, he put the shirt between his two forearms and pulled to stretch it out a tad. Of course, that only made it worse. His eyes grew wider as he stared in horror. Even though she was younger than him, he couldnāt help but to be a bit of afraid of her reaction to most things. Even when they were kids he never knew how things would pan out with her. It was a mystery he often tried to stay far away from.
Ā Ā Ā Finally swallowing his pride, he stepped foot out of the laundry room and held the shirt in defeat. He made his way to the living room where Stevie seemed to be lounging about. He cleared his throat to grab her attention.
Ā Ā Ā āSo⦠I think this is your shirt. Or you finally got me an incredibly tight crop top you know Iāve been dying to have,ā he attempted to joke.

āHey,ā Aiden mumbled to the passerby, sticking the cigarette back in his mouth to hang out the corner while he bent down to grab the item.Ā āHey!ā He raised his voice to get their attention.Ā āYou uh, you dropped this.ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā Walking down the sidewalk with one earbud hung loosely in his ear, the sound of a stranger calling out to him broke through his music. He swung around and saw a man holding out money to him. āOh, thanks man,ā he told him before taking the twenty bucks- twenty bucks he definitelyĀ didnāt drop. He made it all but two steps away until he turned back around again ā guilt. He laughed a little and said, āOkay, sorry, this isnāt mine. But to be fair, if a stranger was handing you money, wouldnāt you want to just take it?ā
āSo where do you think the soul goes when we die?ā
Ā Ā Ā Will scrunched his nose in contemplation, though not much contemplating needed to happen. Perhaps he gave a pause to seem optimistic, if only for a moment. āWell⦠I donāt believe in souls. Nor do I believe thereās a place they end up in. This probably wasnāt the answer you were looking for.ā He shrugged and slid his hands in his pockets.
āCome on,ā Mack whispered her whine as to not draw attention.Ā āYou canāt chicken out on me now,ā she threw her purse over the fence. With her aunt in town she felt safe leaving her dad for the night, and had cooped up a night of no responsibilities.Ā āNo one is home. Weāre not stealing anything. Just borrowing their pool for a swim.ā
Ā Ā Ā Ā To call Will vanilla would be a lie and a stretch. He was fun, spontaneous, and always drew in a crowd. But was he practical? Yes. Growing up with his reckless younger brother, someone had to be practical. He shoved his hands into the pockets of his board shorts ā always somehow ready for a swim ā and gave the girl a smile. āNo, I know. Itās not stealing. Itās just.. You know, breaking and entering.ā Maybe it was a bad idea, but he still found himself not saying no to it. Color him intrigued. āWhose house is this, anyways?ā

Will was born in Melbourne, Australia and moved to the States for college when he attended school at Yale University.Ā He has two siblings, Stephanie and Luke.
Will is very intelligent, yet sometimes acts a bit strange or goofy at times. One minute heās debating politics with you and the next heās raving about his old dog Pickles that he found in an alley eating pickles, hence why he picked the name.
What started out as an internship with his father for his fatherās art exhibits later became his career. Heās an art curator now and is traveling often. Heās not passionate about art whatsoever ā he just knows business very well and can talk his way into anything. He has a good eye, but heād rather keep his eyes on the ocean.
He loves to sail. He does a little bit of sailing instructing on the side, but itās mostly just because he enjoys showing off his skills to the occasional tourist that stumbles into town.
Although he enjoys surfing, he strangely took up the hobby of making surfboards. Itās slowly becoming his passion.
If you were to ask Will if heād rather keep his high paying job or own a surf shop, heād pick a surf shop with no hesitation. Yet, with that being said, he doesnāt even try to get out of his job since heās so great at it.
Will is a happy go lucky guy⦠most days. He can be pretentious at times, and is definitely egotistical. He can never be wrong. Heās not necessarily prone to violence, but he goes through phases where heād definitely get in a fight for the hell of it.
Will loves to flirt and loves the chase. Heās not necessarily always looking to get in a girlās pants⦠He just truly loves playful and cute banter back and forth. The manās a sucker for it.
All those who live in Rockport most likely see him often barbecuing without his shirt on, playing music, and waving to his neighbors. He considers being home his āvacationā since heās always living in hotels. So, heās even extra friendlier than normal when at his house. Heād invite neighbors over for food all the time.
Despite making a decent amount of money and having a high IQ, Will lives his life as if heās completely 100% average. He lives in a nice little beach house, and is walking around in board shorts. Heās a casual guy.
