Schnitzel-baguette with capers, bearnaise and fried potato
Hello people! We will post more updates, we promise Kind Regards The Will-it-baguette headquarters
Tributes
These are fan contributions made by our dear coworker Ulrika Pettersson This first one is an improved Glass-bÄgge, named Flamingo Fantasy The second one is a premium PlankbÄgge Great job Ulrika! Keep on bÄgging in the free world!
Portuguese Prego Baguette
Baguette Neptune
Cream cheese, cheese, garlic, chives, green onions, shrimp, crab, herbs and spices.. gratinated in the oven. 6.5/10 bÄggar
Black and White Baguette
Porkchop, entrecÎte, brunsÄs and bearnaise and waffle fries.
This one was pleasant.
Meat cuts were nice but the pork needs to be cut into smaller pieces.
A weak but present 7/10 đ„
French Toast Baguette
So we soaked baguette in pancake-batter that we made from scratch, as with everything, we donât play around here at Will it baguette.
But every baguette needs filling, so we decided to go for a juicy and fresh green apple that we grated.
This one surprised us both with how good it was and how much sense it ended up making.

The Bifana Supreme-baguette
A spin-off from the amazing Portuguese street food. Meat marinates in white wine with bayleaf, paprica powder and other good stuff. You then fry it with that sauce you marinated it in.. some crispy shoestring fries, red onion. But to amp this up weâre serving all of that on a bed of LĂ NGKĂ L, a traditional Swedish way of preparing kale, by stewing it in cream with nutmeg..we also added garlic to that for the hell of it.Boy this one was good.A very strong 8/10 đ„
Stewed macaroons with meatballs-Baguette This one is just completely and utterly stupid with the carb-worship, and yes, it tasted just as obnoxious as it looked. The cream sort of saved it, itâs a classic Swedish dish that one really can not have enough of. Believers in ketchup may find their salvation there.. Itâs too crazy with the carbs and not moist enough. .. but to hell with it, it was still somewhat good. A strong 4/10 đ„
The Lasagna Baguette
LasÄgge
For this we made a complete batch of Lasagna and used Mafaldine to make the pasta make some sort of sense. A rich mince/tomato ragu was blended with a cheesy bechamel sauce in between layers of mafaldine for this beatiful abomination of a baguette. It tasted even better than expected. Itâs at least a strong 7/10 đ„
Chili Con Baguette
So we made Chili Sin Carne and then we fried lamb sausages with ramsons, put it in the baguette, topped off with an amazing local cheese and put them in the oven, we then had these as a scoop for the chili. This one was good. a strong 6/10Â đ„
