“I panic when my feelings are not clear. It is like staring into a muddy pond, and rather than wait until an ecosystem develops to clear the water, I prefer to drain the pond.”
— Jeanette Winterson, Why Be Happy When You Could Be Normal
This looks more like a how-to by @5triderofthenorth or @instructor144
One of the easiest and most gratifying restorations a person can do! About half my cast iron is salvaged, the rest was new.
Ok def was not expecting this level of relatability
i’m sorry that i’m hard to love

straight ppl who dress gay and then get mad when ppl think theyre gay are so tiring lol you want the fashion statement with none of the history and thats not how things work
“let people dress how they want!!” no. im gay and in charge
I fucking love hand lotion!
focusing is so tiring sometimes
like my brain doesn’t auto-filter background noise or prioritize things so i have to do it manually and that shit sucks
i have to think about lesbianism 100% of the time or ill die
“thank god you’re gay” is a 100% legitimate fully serious thing my therapist said to me yesterday and ain’t that a mood
Another time on a different visit it was too hot to do much so we walked to the oldest building on campus and she took me down to the basement lecture hall where the air was cold and showed me where she sat in her 10 am and I sat down next to her and kissed her and then we stayed there for a while with my right hand clasping her left and our heads leaned back and our eyes closed and I don’t know what it was but I know we were thinking the same thing and much later when the sun was down and the air was breathable again we walked through the gardens and pointed at all our favorite flowers and followed the stepping stones to a gazebo where we sat and we kissed until we both briefly left the planet
One day when I was visiting Abbey we got dressed up and tried to surprise each other other but we accidentally both wore the same shade of green and then she took me to an art museum and we kissed in every room and pointed out every painting with a woman in it and when we finished with that museum we had time to kill still so she took me to another and we sat together on the red carpeted steps of a dark children’s theater and I kissed her some more and her hand was on my leg and then we found a hallway with an exhibition of knitted dinosaurs and glow in the dark stars and at the end of it was a room with paper and colored pencils and we drew a picture of birds and eyes and flowers together and her drawings were delicate and mine were strange and sharp but they looked good together and she folded it up and put it in her purse and then we went to dinner and it was so cold out that we sprinted down the street in our heels until it turned into a race and at the restaurant we ate sushi and held hands over the table and looked into each other’s eyes far too much for a public place and I spun under her arm in the lobby and there were little lights embedded in the sidewalk and all of the stars were out and in the cab back she kept one hand on my thigh and one wrapped tight with mine and we kissed in the elevator and when we got to our room the thermostat said 80 degrees so we took off our clothes and opened all the windows and laid on the bed together listening to the street
