my legs don't chafe like they used to, my stomach doesn't hang over my waistband at all and nothing makes me happier :3
185 lbs to 143
143.7 lbs, getting back into the swing of things with a full 10 lbs down this month
my first bc in a while, I've gained a little since my lw but its better than where I was for sure :')
Currently 66 hours into my fast and 5 lbs down, more than halfway there. I will make it to 120 hours.
my brain whenever there’s a minor inconvenience
seeing myself shrink makes it worth it, it's one of my strongest motivations
breakfast was black coffee w sugar free peppermint syrup and a 90 cal kind bar
lunch will be 160 cal of shredded chicken breast
dinner will be two hard boiled eggs (140)
desert can be two dark chocolate banana truffles (66)
total of 456 cal but lets call it 460
so i tried to recover right? lol
