i can’t tell if my shorts are worn out or if i got skinnier
i’ve been eating less each day for a while now, and doing exercises on my bedroom floor every night for two weeks, but i’m not seeing any results. if anything i’ve gotten fatter and heavier
i’ve been doing dead bugs, crunches, in and outs, and russian twists for a minute each. is there anything better i can be doing? obv nothing requiring equipment or stuff like that, but i NEED to make my stomach flatter before summer gets into full swing
please. i need something. i cant stand how i look. i need to be better
i want people i know to know that this is me, but that’s the last thing i want as well. i want them to know but i don’t want to know that they know
it’s not that i’m apathetic about scars, i do try to hide them, but i still go out in shorts and shit, and people can see. a part of me hopes that they’re oblivious, and another hopes that they connect the dots
it’s hard asf to find a comfy way to sit the day after
ate like a chud today
did like 5 straight minutes of exercises on the floor of my bedroom at 1:30, gonna cvt now
does anyone else run their fingers over the texture of the marks like it’s a stim or fidget or is it just me? the marks end up healing slightly raised and almost feel like ribbed clothing to the touch
