Saya hoped that the reporter didn’t follow them around. She also hoped that they didn’t tell their reporter friends about her. All she wanted was a semi-peaceful weekend experience, not have a scandal that could cost her her reputation. She did a quick scan of their immediate surroundings before deciding that it was a good spot to stay in for the meantime.

Not to mention that she did just bump into a stranger.

She sighed and let Ami down, helping her regain her balance after the slight chase they gave. The Kirlia didn’t take long to start smoothing out wrinkles that had formed on their person, calm as it did so. It didn’t seem to bother Ami much, to Saya’s extreme relief. Out of habit, she still pat down some of Ami’s ‘hair’ before turning to the other.

“They’re after you too, huh? I think they’re just going after everybody at this point. You’d think they’d leave you alone after you say ‘no’ the first time, but..some are really persistent.”

Windsor took a quick glance around to make sure the coast was clear, before tucking his hands in his pockets and give a light smile towards her, deciding he may as well hang out for a bit. He didn’t really know anyone here yet, so he may as well get to know some of the other people here in the city. Since he didn’t talk to many people, he’d just been avoiding most and just focusing on training and battling, but sometimes just having a conversation seemed like it would be good.

He gently petted Tazzy’s head to ease his partner, making sure she was securely back on his shoulder and wasn’t going to slide off again. He looked back up to the stranger with a smile before chuckling lightly nodding along.

“Yeah, they’ve been on my trail for a bit. I’ve mostly avoided them, but sometimes they kind of sneak up on you, you know? So, I’m kind of forced to answer a bit of the questions,” he replied while sighing a little. “I don’t think they understand ‘no’, to be honest,” he added before humming. “Oh yeah. I’m Windsor by the way, and this is my partner, Tazzy,” he greeted, introducing himself to her.

hey everyone! i’m jules, 19, she/her and this is my child windsor lol. he’s very adventurous and usually fairly happy go lucky, but he’s more on the quiet side at first and takes a bit to warm up to people. his partner is tazzy, his sneasel. he’s a trainer from Kalos, having traveled through Kalos and fought in the Pokemon League Conference in Kalos and finished top 3. he also fought in the Conference in Unova after travelling there, and finished in the top 10, finding his competition much harder there. He still wants to train his team more before going to his next Conference, still having not decided which region he wants to go to.

i can’t wait to plot with everyone and rp more with windsor since this is my first time rping him in an rp group tbh.

“R-right, okay. Thank you so much, but I just need to…um..” Saya stammered, before suddenly picking up her kirlia, Ami, with both arms and speed walking away from what she assumed was some reporter. Or journalist. Either way, they were getting just a tad bit personal and it rubbed the woman the wrong way.

She had traveled to Nimbasa City for the newly-renovated Musical Theatre, which she hopes to catch a show in soon. Saya didn’t have a problem with the amount of people that were here too. She did, however, didn’t like how she was caught off-guard with her encounter with the reporter. She already felt self-conscious as she had stepped up in such a simple outfit, now there were cameras that wanted to showcase her?

“Oof-” She grunted, sending her back a few steps, Ami dangling in her arms. “Sorry! I was just..those people are everywhere, I’m telling you!”

Windsor and Tazzy, his Sneasel had been keeping their distance from the reporters so far, trying to be nice whenever they did show up to ask questions. He wasn’t really the most talkative person, though, and preferred to just stay more off on his own at times. That didn’t really work too well most of the time with how much he entered tournaments and challenges, such as the Battle Institute that was the main reason he came in the first place, that and exploring a new place, of course.

Once hearing Tazzy make a small noise, he glanced up to his partner before following her pointing towards a group of reporters not too far away. He gave a slow nod in response before starting to walk a different way to try and go around them, only for his eyes to widen as he bumped into someone. Tazzy losing her balance on his shoulder and slipping off before quickly grabbing onto his hoodie to crawl back up to her perch.

“Oh, don’t worry about it! I know what you mean completely,” he replied with a light chuckle at her words, scratching the back of his head. “Sometimes they just kind can be too much...”
