so pissed omg having DID will have you like “i’m gonna fast for 24 hours!” and then the bitch that wants to be healthy will kick you out of front and eat. so now i’m actually hungry
I think my best tip for losing weight is even when you mess up. Don’t throw in the towel. Just look at it as any other day and go back to what you should the next. Don’t just use messing up once as an excuse to mess up the entire day because then you’ll feel even worse tomorrow. Just because you got a few hundred over your calorie in it doesn’t mean you’ve got a few thousand over your calorie limit because it does make a difference.
before i give them to you i need you to swear on your first born that you'll acknowledge your limits and avoid overworking yourself on a consistent basis /hj. the goal is $k¡nn¥, not hospitalization /srs. okay? okay.
now a few tips that help me f4st/$t@rve
1. get yourself a nice 32oz water bottle, and dedicate the day to drinking water. it's the best way to kill your appetite since it has zero cals. it keeps you full without filling you
2. if the taste of water is completely acrid to you, a nice alternative i use is coconut water. they're very low in calories and still keep you full.
3. just $t@rv¡ng isn't enough sometimes. a majority of wl comes from activity. walk, dance, run, idc, it's gotta be some kind of cardio. muscular and skinny are two different things. obviously, you'll need some kind of energy to burn so you aren't miserable while you do it. i buy a few konjac jellies before i go on my walks, but any low cal snack will do
4. remember that sugar kills appetites too!!! candy, per serving, is low cal. if you feel peckish, you can just pop a few and you'll be right as rain. a candy i usually pick out is nerds gummies because the serving size is 90-100cals per 16 pieces, which is a lot when you put it into perspective.
5. have patience, and don't beat yourself up if you b¡ng£. no one's journey is ever linear or instant in anything. plus, it might not even have a serious affect on w£¡ght loss or gain. there are times where i thought i gained, myself, but in some cases i even lost some.
good luck, and don't push yourself. these things take time.
