Just when I thought I could get over it, another attractive person stopped John to say hello to him. Not only that, this woman was also openly charming and flirtatious with my boyfriend. And John, of course, was lovely and politely as usual.
Just when I was considering saying something, he excused himself and carried on walking with me. The day was slightly ruined for me, seeing that so many people had their eye on John. Instead of voicing these thoughts, however, I thought it would be best to keep them hidden and remain silent.
After a bit of walking together, not exchanging any words, I felt him staring.
“What’s wrong?” He suddenly asked me, wrapping an arm around my waist and lovingly pushing me against his side.
“Nothing...” I avoided his gaze, especially given that he was watching me with concern.
“I think it’s something” John insisted, shaking me a little. “You can tell me, Y/N”
I sighed, hating that he knew me so well. That he realized what every silence meant, that he could read my thoughts and expertly interpret every gaze and every gesture. That he was hardly ever wrong.
“It’s just... you know a lot of people”
“Yeah...”
“And they keep stopping you and...”
“Does that bother you? We can go somewhere to be alone if-”
“It’s not that, just... all those women seems so interested in you and-”
“Y/N” John chuckled, and I started blushing at the thought that he finally understood what the problem was. “Are you jealous?”
“No...” I half-questioned, suddenly quite self-conscious about his staring.
His hand playfully squeezed my side, and when I peered at him I saw him tilting his head and cocking an eyebrow.
“Alright, you got me” I reluctantly admited, laughing a little. “Stop it”
“You’re cute” John muttered, leaving an amorous kiss on my temple.

I find myself thinking about posting like “sorry for x” and I have to stop myself and be like.
No. There’s nothing to be sorry for. This blog is for what makes me happy and theres nothing to be sorry about.
So don’t be sorry about what you post or how often or little you post. This is supposed to be fun and for you. Don’t feel like you have to apologize to anyone because the good people around you won’t care if you’re fixated on one f/o or you gush a lot or you haven’t been posting as frequently. You don’t owe anyone else here anything. Your blog is perfect because it makes you happy and that is what matters.
Also basically unless I specifically say don’t rb something you can rb it! I’m not super particular about it! I also live off of the validation of likes and reblogs that is also it
“He was right you know.”
My words echo in the dark alley as John and I both limp away from the building now only inhabited by dead bodies.
“Right about?”
John’s voice is lower than normal, which is saying something. He doesn’t raise his gaze from the ground but I know he’s paying attention.
“The lonely thing.”
Memories of the man I thought was a friend staring John down the barrel of a gun while I was tied to a chair rip through my memory.
“She’s so lonely.” He said like I wasn’t in the room. “It was so easy to get to her. It’s pathetic. She’s a sad lonely girl who can’t-“
John’s bullet ripped through the air cutting him off. I don’t know how John did it but I wasn’t paying that much attention.
A shoulder on my hand snaps me back to the present. I turn around and see John, concerned. “Eris you shouldn’t-“
I frown and shrug him off. “It’s my fault this time. I got in danger and you had to bail me out and I almost got us both killed because I-“ My voice breaks. “Because I am so painfully lonely.”
John doesn’t say anything so I turn and start to walk away again. I get a few feet before he calls out my name. I stop, but I don’t turn around.
“Maybe-“ He pauses like he’s searching for words. “Maybe you are lonely. But I’m lonely too. But I think together we are a little less lonely.”
I let his words hang in the air for a bit as I process them, tears stinging in my eyes that I can’t stop. I hear him walking up behind me and I take a deep breath.
“Let’s get you home.” He says it simply and I nod, unable to form words.
We continue off into the night, but it doesn’t seem as dark anymore.
Me: ok let’s come up with some content.
Brain: yeah
Me: ok so?
Brain: hh
Me: no don’t do it
Brain: only soft for f/o,,, no content ,, just love
wanna say that it’s completely valid and ok to f/o characters quickly and lose interest later
