Hi girl!! I also have the same goal (loose around 30kg before the end of august). I have been going to the gym consistently, 3 days per week for 3 months, I have noticed my legs are more toned, but I havenāt lost any weight and my arm fat is still there. What are you doing? Are you getting results?
I need to see results bc Iām so unmotivated :(
hi beautiful!šŖ½š°š
sorry it took so long for me to reply i took a break from tumblr<3
it sounds like you are doing absolutely amazing so far and i guarantee you that most of your feelings of uncertainty are in your head and you probably look so much different compared to when you started<3
for exercises iām keeping it simple-
~15 to 25 thousand steps each day honestly this can be seen as a little intense and 8 to 10 thousand is amazing for someone to do daily too!! i usually do this through step videos on youtube- iāll do one 10thousand step video in the morning, a 5 thousand step video after my OMAD or if iām eating two meals for the day i will compete a 2.5 thousand step video after each meal, and then a 10thousand step video in the evening before bed. It probably sounds boring to some but if you listen to music or affirmations or even watch muckbangs while doing it you genuinely forget you are exercising to some extent hahaha and i typically get 10 thousand steps done in 40 minutes with these videos!!
~ once a week i do weight training to help tone my glutes and thighs and i do lunges, deadlifts, donkey kicks, and goblet squats when doing this (or follow youtube videos if im feeling lazy)
~ once a week i do weight training to help tone my arms and i do overhead dumbbell extensions for this (because im most insecure about the back of my arms) and i also do dumbbell lateral raises and overhead shoulder presses for my shoulders!!
if it is arm weight you are most bothered about i would probably focus more on weight training more then steps! I would do 20-30 minute arm workouts 4x a week if itās what you are most insecure about or want to change the most!! Hailey C and VitaminJINY have good videos for arms on youtube!!
personally i am able to loose the quickest when i cut out gluten, sugar, processed foods and dairy so if you arenāt already i would focus on prioritising whole foods. trust me i used to be so bad at this and eat in a smaller deficit with just processed foods and it would always lead me to binge, bloat or not see the actual differences in my appearance i wanted<\3
so maybe if you are not focusing on a whole food diet or eating too low in a deficit that focuses on a lot of processed foods that might impact your overall achievement!!
Following this plan whilst also getting 9-10 hours sleep and at least 3 litres of water a day has helped me the most!! iāve had a few weeks off tumblr and in that time i ate in a deficit that was literally just processed foods and i didnāt loose the same way and still felt discouraged and disappointed in myself so from my own experiences i would probably say switching to pure foods is the best for stubborn fat as well as helping you keep motivated!
hopefully that answers your questions to some degree haha (if i didnāt pls message me<3)
