  It started across the country.  News reports slowly started to trickle in about a strange sickness.  Symptoms were mundane.  Nothing to worry about.  In fact, to a lot of doctors that were interviewed it looked like a new strain of the common cold.  Since youâre in Las Vegas, you didnât worry about it.  Everything you saw on tv involved cases in Boston, New York, and Florida.
  But, then, several weeks later it looks like the thing spread.  Now thereâs cases in Chicago, New Orleans, and Kansas City.  Weird.  No oneâs said a word about what happened on the East Coast.  Still, nothing to worry about because it still just looks like the common cold.  Stronger strain from all the antibacterial everywhere.  Thatâs what the official news keeps saying even if social media begs to differ.
  You notice that some neighbors have gone missing, which isnât all that strange since people go on vacation.  The street looks a little eerie this morning, though.  Itâs quiet, a lot more quiet than you remember it being yesterday.  A peek out your window confirms that thereâs no movement except for the knock at the door that makes you jump.  On the other side is the delivery man, head hanging.  Did he just snarl?  When he looks up thereâs chunks of flesh missing and a grey glaze over his eyes.  You slam the door so damn fast you donât even notice what else is wrongâŠ

  This is a tumb.lr / dis.cord zombie group verse that pulls inspiration from sources such as the Walking Dead franchise, World War Z, and the Weâre Alive podcast.  Due to the nature of the genre there will be possible triggering content such as blood, violence, and death.
  There are two factions trying to survive through the apocalypse.  One has taken control of terminal one of McCarran International Airport ( the Porters ) and another in the Excalibur hotel ( the Kings ).  While out scavenging the streets trying to loot Tropicana Blvd for more supplies the two factions run into each other.  How they get along is up to you.
