a list of minimal-effort steps to incorporate into your upkeep routine that will make 10x the difference:
keeping your eyebrows clean and shaped regardless of length or thickness
keeping your hair trimmed and blunt (i recommend styling every day but it's not entirely realistic lol, i also suggest a shine mist product with coconut oil after a shower but that's based on my 2a hair)
maintaining skincareeeee (occasional slugging will leave you so refreshed looking and moisturized 🙏)
keeping your everyday items (phone case, bag, vehicle) clean because people notice subconsciously
wearing a feminine based layered scent so you are associated with something
prioritizing intentional clothing colors and cuts that flatter
toes + finger grooming (i loveee classic square white toes and thin french tip fingers)

in this post we'll be talking about habits and little ways in which u can improve ur health and appearance without doing anything too drastic. a micro-glow up to stay polished…💬🎀
LIPS AND MOUTH ;
brush ur lips everytime u brush ur teeth for some easy exfoliation. to make a simple scrub combine sugar with vaseline or coconut oil and just use that once a week or once every two weeks cuz the skin on ur lips is super delicate. wipe it off with a warm wet towel.

- stay active on tumblr and tur on notificacions, getting them through the day will remind you about your goals
- use your phone and it’s advantages set widgets, reminders, put on alarms…
- create a meal plan so you don’t run of ideas
- make lists with workouts and safe foods again so you don’t run out of ideas and stick to your goals
- do it with a buddy share your goals and your tips motivate each other
- make moodboards on pinterest with mealsp0 and thinspø and look at them frequently ( i use the pinterest widget)

When you get cravings do something really tedious and time consuming like painting your nails. The more of a perfectionist you are when you do that particular activity, the longer you will focus on something other than your cravings.
