Mental Clarity

I haven’t felt this good in years honestly. I’m sleeping better, my workout routines are increasing, and I’m in a much better mood. I’m emotionally more available to my family, my sex drive is better (her words not mine), and my thoughts and processing information overall is more clear and efficient.

I’ve come to learn that growth is difficult, yet so rewarding and priceless. I encourage anyone going thru a rough patch of depression to find joy again because it is out here.

I’ve spent the last 3 months detoxing my body, meditating more, reading more, and being active via working out.

The things you consume i.e food, drink, pills, weed, doom scrolling social media all contribute to your mental state. I dare you to give yourself a 30 day reset to clear your mind and body. Change your habits and find happiness again. I am a living testimony! The only thing that can change you is YOU!!
