WHOS LOSING 20 LBS BY CHRISTMAS WITH ME???
🐝This is the drink water bee
Every time you see it on your dash, you need to go and drink one glass of water!
only reblog this if you WILL lose weight. lets see who really has their priorities in order.
Put it in perspective (thinspo)
I’m nowhere near my UGW. I’m currently 149, and I want to get to 115. That’s 34 pounds away. This might seem discouraging, but then I remember - I started out at 170. I’ve lost 20 pounds since July. That’s a hell of a lot of weight. My waist measurement was 31 inches this July. Today, when I measured, it was 26. That’s 5 inches! In 4 months! I lost 10 pounds in October! If I lost 5 inches with 20 pounds, imagine where I’ll be with another 20! With 30! With 34! The idea of having a 20 inch is waistline is more than enough to make me want to keep going.
Now, everyone’s body is different. Not everyone will lose inches like this. But every pound dropped is another step closer. Think about where you were when you started, and how far you’ve come! Maybe you’ve only lost 1 inch - but it’s an inch less than where you were! Maybe you’ve gone down a clothing size. That’s fantastic! That’s one step closer to where you want to be!
Maybe you haven’t lost any inches - but that’s no reason to quit! If anything, it’s reason to keep going! Imagine how you’ll look when you’ve reached your UGW - maybe that’s 10 pounds away, maybe it’s 100. Point is, you’ll get there! You will see your new, slender self in the mirror, and you’ll be so happy you didn’t give up.
And maybe you’re reading this thinking “oh man, that can’t be me. I’ve gained weight! I’m at the highest I’ve ever been! There’s no hope!” Well, bullshit. You got there! You’re getting there! You’ve fallen, yeah, but you can get back up! You’re strong, you’re determined, you can do this. You’ll get to that UGW! You’ll see those scales display those magic numbers, and you’ll jump for joy because when the going got tough, you didn’t give up. You pushed through, you accepted your mistakes and made better choices, and you got there. It was hard, but the harder the win, the sweeter the victory.
You can do this. I believe in you. You’re loved, and you are worthy of a body that makes you proud - wether it’s 10 pounds away, 50 pounds away, 150 pounds away, or it’s the body you have now.
You could be skinny by Christmas, keep fighting.
mood: the mexican dude who told judge judy “this is your show but this is my episode”

me literally ten minutes later: i have no future and will never be able to pursue my dreams
It’d be so much funnier if it wasn’t so true 😅😭😂
