I finished this drawing last night, but it was so late that no one would've seen it if I posted it. So, it's getting posted after the fact.
Ms. Adora has been one of my best friends through the past three years, and her creativity and interests in various video games has been contagious in its inspiration. One of the games that she's shown me is Pressure, and with some friend group in-jokes, it made sense to draw her as Sebastian.
@universe-4162, it has been an honour to be your friend, and here's to another long year of friendship!
I am not the greatest with words but I at least want to wish a Happy birthday to the person who helped me start this whole journey here and managed to help me open to everyone!
As much of a friend and probably more akin to a sibling to me, Adora @universe-4162 and I have known eachother for about 3 years now and i want to honor this birthday of their in greatness by doing something to celebrate!
Its also to comemorate a friendship and one of the rare games everyone can play together ! Pressure !

This is Babelith from the AU im trying to get together :]
In this one they are the Archangel of Ignorance and Languages but the later got a bit sidelined for the former ever since the Mer-line train derailed and they (alongside the other Archangels) got stuck on New Wirral.
A few months after Cass had left New Wirral, Mer-Line had closed the B-line again due to Aleph coming back to the island, leaving the Archangels stranded again on the island.
In those 2-3 months after Aleph's stunt, Babelith was still inhabiting the Icelington Station alone on Mt. Wirral. But had the visit of a Ranger (that i like to call Shard as a place holder name) once every few days.
And after a while they decide to leave the station to visit the island alongside the tiny humain Ranger to see of the other Archangels are alright and maybe even be able to leave New Wirral! and hopefuly making sure that Aleph and Morgante are as far away as possible from the Midnight Station-
One of the points in the story is Babelith re-embrassing the Language side of them that they thought lost. That and the fact that Shard is dad and that under that calm side, if you try to hurt the child, you'll get dunked-
For the ones who wanna see the canon version, its undercut alongside some funfact about the utilised cassettes!
For the first fun fact: Shard's final tape is a Fire Bootleg Jellyton that know the move "Plastic knife" Bassed on one of my first bootlegs who had the sticker with the rare "compatible with every tape" addition to it :]
Second fun fact: I had planed for Shard to have a Robindam instead bassed on one that i have but- uh, this peculiar one was a bit umpredictable-
Third fun fact: Babelith has an Electrik Bootleg Gumbaal as their primary tape ! The other ones are still up to debate due to that amount of tape im planing to get in their team.
Fourth fun fact: This one is about the Nowhere Monarch (or NK as a nickname because i mistakingly called him Nowhere King one too many time). He sells rare stickers in exchange of bootlegs! And that is where Shard got his plastic Knife sticker and Babelith their Bootleg !
Fith and final funfact: Babelith, as the Archangel of Languages, knows and can talk almost every languages they come across !

gonna tweak some things here and there but i at least the most of it is done just the Moon, some shadings and Babelith wil be finished (gonna make an alt for the AU as well with the plushy and some additions :])
Its been like- Almost a week im trying to draw Babelith like the humain npcs in story dialogues (ie Ianthe, the compagnion characters, that one douche that got hit by a divine fuck you from Mourningstar, etc) and I am spinning on the edge between making them either:
Stylised/detailed to fit more with the artwork of those dialogue, its closer to my comfort zone but isn't very acurate on how they are depicted
Or mostly doing a doodle fitting from their sprite but it is not at all in my comfort zone for I am used to have way too much detail on this-

Sooo, I got unto a new game recently...-ish called Cassette Beast with some of my friends-
In November of last Year I managed to get Cassette Beast on PC alongside some friends and this game is a blast to play !
The story and lore is amasingly writen and the characters are all woven in such a way that i can't help but apreciate!
Alongside those great chara-design are Bosses that the inhabitants/castaways calls "Archangels" beings beyond mortal comprehension and yet born from feelings and consepts that those mortal had created (i am probably not doing a great job at citing the lore here-)
And then you get Babelith who for some damn reason my brain decided "This one! This one is blorbo!" And while waiting for the Cassette Beast anouncement a week ago, I doodled this lil thing that was basicaly "what if Babelith learned how to use Cassettes"
And after... well- more so long before that, my brain was thinking about an AU where after the events of the game, the story sort of rewinds and repeats itself, but with some key changes. (might work on it, might not) Either way, i got some doodles from this lil thoughts! (the red is suposed to be a human, as for the inconsistant height, i got a lil headcanon that any Archangel can change height in some capacity)
Tiny headcannon, they have a moon plushy that they bring everywhere they go in their travels, they call it "Moony"!
I got more but ima stop for now since i got points that aren't finished yet :]
For the small story Im writing with a friend, Babelith got a Gumbaal Bootleg (Electric) due to a similar vibe i get from those two... i think ? (they also have a Cauldron to work in tandem with another character i got and bc idk which ones would be better)-
