It was the same with season 5. There's other ways to create drama besides cheating. Like you know, addressing the fact that Arthur's dad hit him? But nope, let's have him cheat. How about we look at the impact being bipolar has on a young man and his relationship? Nope, cheating. Cheating. Cheating. Cheating. I'm so tired. I wish they would be more creative in their writing. I hate to see a show I used to love drop it's standards so much and fade into oblivion because of poor writing.

i totally agree, i found the fact they kind of disregarded Arthur getting hit and him hitting his dad to be like frustrating in a way? idk they focus too much on relationships and not entirely on the individual and their personal developments !
