hey i’m sorry for the irregularity of updates! trust me, i wish i was working on sws instead of school ;n; but i’ve got a few pages i’ve been sitting on and finishing up so expect those in the coming couple of weeks! until then, this.

spellwater spring is a colorful alternate-universe modern fantasy comic following a group of four queer half-magical creatures (and one queer sorceror) who are just starting their first semester at a predominantly human university.

there’s a fairly diverse cast (it almost entirely consists of queer/trans and neurodivergent characters of color)

they struggle with typical college student issues, like crushes and roommate conflicts, as well as with navigating an institution that was not built for you and does not want to accommodate you.

also there’s some pop(/emo) culture puns!
