If they felt brave enough maybe they would say something. But sometimes its as if their hearts prevent that. They wish they could explain it but Winnie opted not to. They smirked. "I'll see what I can do. Maybe pick you up at the end of patrol?'' They paused. "For convience of course." They said quickly. They shook their head. "only of not spending time with you."
With a wishful smile, Mary could not deter the chuckle that fled her lips. "Sounds risky, but I like it." She exclaimed with a wide smile. She was happy in their company, mostly due to the peaceful nature it presented her. "Do you have any plans for the day?" She asked with a warm smile.
Are you ever going to Winnie you like them?
"Probably not, I don't want to ruin the friendship we have and make it awkward when it's clear they don't see me that way."
They noticed her motions but decided not to comment. They didn't want to mess up their friendship so much, despite the love they felt for her. "Thank you. I wouldn't want to let anyone down-" Including you. There was a small chuckle. "It's better in bed than a police car." He reassured. "Speaking of." He took out the chocolates. "I think these have maraschino cherries so I thought we could try them together....I can be a rule breaker and be late for this." They teased trying to hide their nervousness.
She nodded softly, choosing to remain quiet. She knew they demonstrated nobility, often thinking of others before themselves. It was who they were, and what had made Mary fall for them in the first place. However, she would keep that wrapped, not wishing to complicate the friendship they shared. "I guess you're right -- though I have always wanted to go in a police car, without the repercussions however." She laughed, shaking her head. She watched as they unveiled the chocolates in their grasp, clapping gleefully as she moved to slip into the chair beside them. "You certainly know how to please me -- wait , is this to soften the blow? Are you guilty?" She teased, examining the box with a smile.
You and Faye would be a cute match
I mean, I barely know her but she seems nice, she makes me nervous but in a good way.
as mary spoke, faye couldn't stop her smirk from widening, even more so when she noticed the woman take a step closer to her. eyes flicked down to settle on the red head's lips for a moment, noticing the way her teeth gnawed on the flesh, before moving back up, capturing the other's gaze. faye hummed softly then leaned in a little closer, reaching up to rest her fingertip beneath mary's chin. "and.. what exactly is it that you want, mary?"
She found herself growing a new found confidence, though what could not be disguised, her heart pounding hard against her chest. With a coy smile, Mary moved to scoot closed to the other, hand moving to take the girls chin in her grasp, tilting it slightly towards her. Her eyes flickered to the girls plump lips, enticing her more so. "You." She managed to speak , purring softly. "I want you."
They couldn't deny Mary's sweetness and ever so patient prescence; they would probably go insane if not for her. The fae felt he could be welcome despite his less than perfect past. There was a weak smile in return; gently grazing the top of her hands. "It's what you sign up for with this job. But it's worth it if I can protect you." They said meeting her eyes intently. He briefly looked away. "I mean you as the denizens of Beacon Hills." He said quickly. They tilted their head. "Really?" He said. "You didn't do anything else?" He asked with genuine curiousity.
Their comment caused a small smile to erupt onto her face, hidden behind her hand, not wishing to show the compliment got to her. She knew it was nothing, and she knew she was looking too much into it. "You are a town hero, for both myself and members of the town." She smiled reassuringly, gnawing down on her lip softly. She wanted to be honest, but she did not know if they knew of Supernatural kind, and thus kept quiet. "Well if you call indulging in too much chocolate and dwelling in my loneliness as anything exciting." She teased with an amused grin. "Besides, I'm a loyal follower of the rules." She smiled, knowing that was far from the truth.
faye could sense the woman's nerves, yet that only intrigued her more. eyeing the other, she awaited her response. when she granted faye the truth, a smile then crossed her face. she knew then that she'd chosen the perfect person to speak to that evening. "curious is good.." the raven haired young woman hummed. "what is it about women that has you so curious?" faye asked coyly.
She could feel her heart beginning to race, swallowing hard as she took a moment to consider her response. Everything was tempting, from the curves to her enchanting smile. "Honestly? Everything." She bit down softly on her bottom lip, eyes averted for a second. "From the curves, to ... Women knowing what other women want." She smirked, stepping closer to the other.
"Very late." They said as the netered the room. They saw the coffee on the table and take the coffee gingerly. There was dark circles under their eyes but Winnie was trying to focus. On one hand he wanted to just pull Mary into a hug and never let go, on the other hand Winnie knew he had to practice restraint. Just focus on being there. Winnie sipped his coffee before replying. "I was patrolling but not in the forest." They said with a nod. "Were you safe?" Winnie asked with concern.
Their presence sends butterflies through her stomach, alongside the feeling of calm and safety. She didn't tend to over think in their company, for that moment she could be herself, no matter on how dorky that may be at times. Hearing them reply, Mary frowned slightly, moving to gently rub their arm with a smile. "I'm sorry your night was long, I cannot begin to imagine how difficult it was, especially during a full moon." She had never disclosed what she was, not wishing to scare them. "I was fine, all tucked up in bed." A lie, she her seen Lucas and helped him through his transition, but she couldn't say that.

"so.. mary.." faye hummed softly, as though she was tasting the woman's name on her tongue. a dainty fingertip danced around the edge of her glass, her dark eyes focused firmly on the face of the other woman. "have you ever been with a woman before?" faye asked, biting her bottom lip as she arched a brow toward the other.
Her presence was intriguing, but it was obvious to see the nerves that fluttered through Mary upon such a question. She remained quiet, lips parting, not knowing how to respond. She had always been curious, but they were thoughts she had kept to herself. "I -uh, no." She stumbled on her words, gnawing on her bottom lip as she met with the others gaze. "I guess I'm ..curious?"
the young wolf could feel the sweat beginning to trickle down his face, droplets sliding down his skin. he was terrified. he didn't know what was happening, he didn't know why mary had more of an idea than he. there were so many questions swimming around in his mind. every single word she spoke only confused him more, his panic rising with every passing moment. his chest was heaving, hands shaking and he could barely catch his breath. as her words finally sunk in, lucas quickly nodded his head. "anywhere is better than here.." he murmured breathlessly. as mary took his hand and pulled him up from his seat and out into the brisk, night air, lucas sighed deeply. the cold soothed his warm skin, yet somehow the moonlight only made the heat he felt inside his chest even more intense. "is it far?" he asked, panic stricken eyes finding hers through the dark. lucas refused to let go of mary's hand, his cousin's touch somehow managing to ground him, at least for now.
She was beginning to panic, but would not let it show. He deserved someone calm, someone composed and yet she was considering every possibility. He could lose control, and her magic was not at its strongest these days. She however, needed to contain it and be positive for him. The pain be was enduring was enough for her to shield it from him. "It's just up here." She took his hand and gently squeezed it, before leading him down the steps and into a larger room below the surface. "I know you're scared, but we are going to get through this ok?" She spoke out, eyes searching the room for stuff to contain them. At the corner of the room was a small cell like structure , with battered chains. "In here."
