Here in the City, everything is determined by a game. Power, wealth, housing... The game is everything. Progression is everything. Crossroads is the most important virtual reality game anyone has ever heard of. And it's time for you to play.

You put the headset on and sit in your chair. Your world grows dark, and your headset beeps, preparing to send your consciousness into the network. There is a warning on the lenses before your eyes, however.

And then your whole vision flashes white.

We are withcrossroads, a multi-fandom roleplaying group of a world based on virtual reality. Here, characters are made into humans living in the City, a place run by the rules of Crossroads, a virtual reality RPG. Status in Crossroads is status in the City. There's no avoiding the game and its perks—and pitfalls.

What does tentative open mean?

It just means that there are little things about the group that aren’t up and running; for instance, we don’t have an FAQ yet. We are open for reserves and applications, and characters who are accepted can start rping right away!
