Dunno why I have to say this but I will never support any use of generative AI in the slightest. If you use it to “create” or “touch up” your art, you are not an artist. Generative AI harms the environment and steals thousands of art from actual artists who did not consent to their art being used. Again, I will never support generative AI in any form.

Remade this old Deltarune OC I had because I kinda liked his design.

His name is Clef! Still figuring out his lore, what I’ve got so far is that he’s from chapter 3 and helps Tenna as a camera man and helps the Mike’s out but also is originally apart of the rhythm minigame (his on-set form).

I need to redraw/remake this guy. I love the idea I had for him previous where he was a darker from Chapter 2 (not Chapter 3 cause it wouldn’t make sense). He works for Queen and helps her make mixtapes they are besties. Still not sure what he’d be in the lightworld. Maybe a music program that is installed on the computer?

Reblogs in a chain now get their own notes

The reblog chain is one of the things that makes Tumblr unlike anywhere else. All the notes on reblogs are attributed to the original post, no matter which branch people actually liked or reblogged. We want to keep encouraging conversations, and give contributors the recognition they deserve. 

Soon, you'll be able to like, reblog, or reply to any part of a reblog chain, and that note will go to that reblog's author. Each reblog will have its own counts, instead of one aggregated number from every version of the post. And yes, you’ll be able to like multiple posts in one chain.

If a reblog doesn't add anything, the love flows up to the last person in the chain who did. Your post doesn't lose notes just because people spread it quietly.

Past notes will stay on the original post — we're only changing what happens from here on out. Retroactively re-attributing all of them would be... a lot.

This is just the beginning. More changes are coming as we keep building this out – stay tuned!

Not only will this ruin a core element of Tumblr, it will make it very difficult to tell where and when a post is getting traction. People are on this website because it isn't Twitter. Making it more like Twitter will turn people away.

New Pokémon announcement dropped for Pokémon day. Honestly gen 10 is looking decent, I’m happy they’re taking another year to work on it and patch any issues before releasing the game. Unfortunately I don’t have a Switch 2 so I’m going to have to try and save money for that…

The new starters look cute! I’m a fan of the water gecko and fire dog one. The grass starter looks a bit odd but maybe they evolve into a cool grass bird (thinking tropical parrot or maybe a vulture because that would be cool).

I know it’s never gonna happen but very sad for no Pokémon Rangers or Mystery Dungeon acknowledgment. I know Pokémon Rangers might never happen again but I keep my hopes up every year.

Anyways I’m very excited to see how generation 10 plays out! Happy Pokémon day!

I’m genuinely pissed at my professor for this ecology class. Stop fucking using generative AI for your ECOLOGY CLASS. Not like LLM databases are taking up so much water that it’s harming the environment or anything! Fuck off man. He could’ve just got a stock image, OR IDK A SCIENTIFIC IMAGE BECAUSE THIS IS A SCIENCE CLASS. I am a continuous hater of generative AI and seeing this prof do this is so disgusting and disappointing.

Genuinely what the hell do I do if my professor wants us to use generative AI in his class for an assignment and I’m against using it? Like I just don’t want to touch GenAI at all and of course he’s making us do assignments where we have to generate stuff.

And he’s talking in the class like everyone uses ChatGPt daily or something it’s so weird being in the 1% who never use GenAI and are very against it. It feels dystopian almost.

Replaying pokemon black 2 and noticing the funniest shit ever. This man, Colress, pulls the entire Plasma Frigate to Driftveil so he can fuck around and battle in the world tournament with the player. Dude does Ghetsis know you’re not actually doing any research?? Is Ghetsis just okay with him doing this? XD

I know it’s probably just foreshadowing but it’s hilarious to think they pulled the frigate all over the place just so Colress could do whatever the hell he wants. And Ghetsis is completely okay with it. The frigate isn’t even the best disguise for Team Plasma because it’s a huge ass battleship that looks nothing like modern ships it’s hilarious to think they hid for two YEARS using that thing.

Lars never tells people, but Theo (his Slowbro) is his strongest Pokemon. He’s had them since they were a Slowpoke and saved them from being sold to the black market. They both grew up together and would sacrifice the world for each other. Theo’s mega stone is attached to their ear, where originally a tag was attached for the slowpoke tail market. Where once it was a symbol of despair it is now a symbol of connection and trust.
