just because they tried once or twice in 2020 doesn’t erase the history they refuse to acknowledge.
for centuries, people have believed that mind and spirit can shape reality.
anthropologists note that magic and manifesting were not considered “primitive” by all; quote, “even reasonable, lucid, and intellectually sophisticated people, including great philosophers and artists of the past, dabbled in magic”.
the idea that consciousness can alter the world / your reality or travel beyond it is ancient.
one scientist summarizes, “the idea that humans can leave their bodies during dream states is ancient. countless people, from new agers to shamans around the world, believe that it is possible to commune with cosmic intelligence.”
nearly every society has had rituals or teachings for realizing desires or journeying to other realms whether through prayer, spell, trance, meditation, or other techniques.

animism and shamanic traditions.
in many indigenous cultures, the shaman or medicine person was the spiritual specialist.
they would enter trances or dreams to negotiate with spirits, heal the sick, or control nature. our prime example is “american indian and first nations” traditions, which include the “vision quest” and the medicine man, whom is known as a a traditional healer and spiritual leader. ethnographies note that using drumming, shamans could enter trances, combat evil spirits and disease, communicate with ancestors, prevent famine, and control weather (rain dances). by ritual they aimed to manifest desired outcomes: good harvests, healing, luck, etc.
similar roles existed in african, siberian, oceanic, and amazonian tribes. among the waiwai people of the amazon, a shaman (yaskomo) is believed to perform soul-flights: flying to the sky to consult moon spirits, entering caves to ask animal spirits for game, or diving into rivers for help.
in Inuit / arctic belief, a healer (angakkuq) could journey to mythic realms (the north star, the underworld, etc.) to heal the community.
these accounts show that even hunter-gatherers conceived of traveling to their desired worlds and other worlds in visions to achieve practical goals.
ancient egypt and mesopotamia: magic and the afterlife.
now we move towards ancient egypt (c. 3000–1000 BCE), religion was suffused with magical spells for controlling fate.
pharaohs and nobles buried books of the dead—collections of incantations—with the deceased. these texts were meant to manifest a safe afterlife, the spirit (“ka” and “ba”) had to speak the right words to pass trials. one guidebook states that after death “the deceased… travels across the sky before judgement… to progress through the complex challenges in these stages, the dead must speak the right names and spells at the right time and respond with the right answers to the gods’ questions.” egyptians literally carried prayer-scrolls inscribed with spells to make the underworld obedient.
sources are a fragment of an “egyptian book of the dead” (c. 1075–945 BCE). such papyri functioned as “guidebooks for the dead,” containing magical formulas to control reality in the afterlife. the hieroglyphs include prayers to deities like osiris and re, and instructions (for instance, naming the parts of a door before passing it) to ensure safe passage. ancient egyptian religion blended spirituality with practical “manifestation”. reciting or inscribing the correct words, one aimed to bring about life after death. similarly, the mesopotamians kept extensive collections of omens and incantations (e.g. enûma anu enlil) hoping to foresee or shape events.
ancient india: vedas, mantras, and yoga siddhis.
indian traditions are rich in the idea that mind and intention shape destiny. thank them for being the basic foundation of nonduality! vedic texts (1500–500 BCE) already treat thought and word as powerful. the rigveda (c. 1500 BCE) contains hymns implying that one’s destiny is influenced by action and intention. the sanskrit concept sankalpa (resolution or intent) is used in rituals to set a firm purpose.
medieval theologians observe that hindu priests would invoke deities to bring worldly blessings, as one modern scholar notes: “if you want money, think of lakṣmī” (goddess of wealth); “if you want good luck, be sure to participate in ganesh puja”.
these are explicit instructions to manifest prosperity by mental focus and prayer.
moreover, Indian yogic tradition identifies advanced mental powers (siddhis). patanjali’s yoga sutras (c. 400 CE) describe supernormal abilities gained through meditation ranging from telepathy to levitation. they continue to list powers like “becoming manifold, disappearing, walking on water, flying” and perceiving past lives.
commentators (e.g. v. taimni) stress these siddhis have indeed “been exercised by people in practically all ages”. classical Indian texts assert that deep samādhi (meditative absorption) can let one bend nature, effectively manifesting miracles.
in hinduism, beyond the vedas, the upanishads and bhagavad gītā teach that the ultimate reality is pure consciousness and that aligning one’s will with that reality yields results.
saints like sri ramakrishna (1836–1886) and paramahansa yogananda (1893–1952) described yogic feats. yogananda, for instance, claimed to have witnessed his guru, swami pranabananda, perform a miracle via astral projection—a modern testimony that yogic power can transcend space.
buddhism too speaks of psychic faculties (abhinñā) attainable through deep meditation. The pāli canon (buddha’s discourses) lists “six superknowledges,” including mind-reading, past-life recall, and flying. many later buddhist adepts, especially in tibet and japan, were said to master such powers.
stories of milarepa (11th c. tibetan yogi) tell of him flying through the air or calling storms. and in japan, esoteric buddhist monks (shugendō practitioners) believed that austerities on mountains enabled them to control the elements.
chinese taoism and alchemy.
from the han dynasty on, taoist alchemists sought immortality by purifying body and spirit. the cantong qi (4th century) describes refining the “three treasures”, jing, qi, shen, to align the human microcosm with the universe. practitioners ingested elixirs made of refined cinnabar (mercury sulfide) or gold, believing this would grant eternal life. they treated the body as a laboratory: by internal visualization and herbal concoctions, they aimed to transform physical matter and one’s fate. classical taoism distinguishes the philosophical path (daojia) from the popular, magical side (daojiao) focused on these alchemical “life-force” techniques.
in later centuries, chinese qigong masters also demonstrated feats like levitation or mind-over-matter, though often kept secret. modern taoists note that these siddhis were not ends in themselves but byproducts of spiritual discipline.

ancient greece and rome: hermeticism and magical papyri
In the greco-roman world, philosophical and magical traditions centered on the idea that gods and spirits could be petitioned or harnessed to affect reality.
from about… say, 100 BCE to 400 CE, egypt’s greek magical papyri offered spells and rituals for every purpose. love, wealth, healing, protection, you name it. a quote from a historian, “these papyri were used by magicians, priests, [and] mystics for the direct purpose of influencing reality, and therefore manifesting”.
the orphic and hermetic writings contained invocations; each orphic hymn ends with an appeal meant to draw down divine power, akin to a prayer of manifestation.
devotees would even bury lead tablets inscribed with wishes, a technique mirroring today’s vision boards or scripting, to bring their desires to life.
mediterranean philosophy also flirted with these ideas. ouuuu!!!
neoplatonism (3rd–5th centuries CE) taught that “the one” or “the good” could be called upon through ritual, thus “working with the gods and goddesses”. whether zeus, asclepius or hermes, was seen as a form of manifesting reality by aligning with higher powers. some emperors and elites even employed personal “incantation masters.”
in rome, pliny the elder (1st century CE) records magical cures and spells. more concretely, people paid vendors for love potions or curses in the colosseum.
christianity and medieval europe.
believe it or not, medieval christian tradition also contains many accounts of miracles and mystical powers.
saints and holy people were routinely attributed abilities that defy physical laws, my favorite example being st. joseph of cupertino (1603–1663), a simple italian franciscan friar became famous for levitating during prayer. reports say joseph would “rise and float” during mass so dramatically that crowds claimed he was “the man who could fly.” he was eventually canonized as a saint, and even today is venerated as the patron of astronauts and aviation for this very reason.
other medieval miracles include bilocation (being seen in two places at once.. sound familiar?), prophecy or instant healing at shrines. the kabbalistic tradition (judaism) and the christian hermetic / neoplatonic currents also taught that pure thought and prayer could influence reality.
renaissance occultists like paracelsus (1493–1541) invoked astrological and angelic forces in medicine and alchemy.
giordano bruno (1548–1600) famously claimed a living universe in which mind and matter interpenetrate. john dee (1527–1608), advisor to queen elizabeth I, spent years in occult study and “angel magic,” believing he could make contact with higher intelligences.
renaissance to modern occult and new thought.
the 16th–19th centuries saw a renewed focus on the mind’s power in the west as renaissance magicians like cornelius agrippa (1486–1535) wrote grimoires and spellbooks and revived hermetic ideas.
the protestant mystics (jacob boehme, etc.) and rosicrucians spoke of an inner christ consciousness capable of miracles, which was the same idea neville goddard had.
concurrent with occultism was the new thought movement (late 1800s USA), i have an entire post on this! but in short, this directly anticipated today’s “law of attraction”.
20th century, spiritualism and self help extended these ideas. famous mind-power teachers (napoleon hill, norman vincent peale, now rhonda byrne’s “the secret”) popularized the notion that thinking certain thoughts or feeling certain ways will attract matching outcomes.
today, manifesting is mainstream in some circles.
the secret (2006) sold over 30 million copies and celebrities like oprah winfrey have endorsed it.
searches for “manifesting” exploded by 600% during the 2020 pandemic. which is where the argument that this, something that was once esoteric is now often packaged as “false”.
though the history i gave isn’t quite similar to current manifestation, or may not align with what you believe—realize it is all the same.
people have belief in something —> they experience it.
What is persisting? Once you identify what exactly you want and assume you have it, all you have to do is persist till you see it in the 3d. But how exactly do you do that? what is it in the first place? Persisting is essentially just staying in the state of knowing you have your desires already. By avoiding intrusive thoughts and detaching, one can get their desires like *that*
Lets say i want to manifest being void state (or pure consciousness) master in order to enter the state effortlessly. What do I do?
First, I assume i am void state master
" I am void state master"
"I literally entered the void last night"
"I induced pure consciousness yesterday"
"I am so good at this! this is my reality!"
Now that I already assume this, I dont have to do anything other that persist. But alas! the next day i wake up and realise I havent induced pure consciousness. I begin to doubt my assumption. So i say
"Omg i cant enter this void!"
"manifestation just isn't for me!"
"omg I suck"
... and wallow in self pity.
But then I remember. I am actually Void state master already. I keep flip-flopping and not trusting my assumptions. So to refute this I say
"What am I even talking about. I enter the void so effortlessly!"
"This is my reality."
"I was put into this world to enjoy living and not to suffer"
"I can do whatever i assume I can"
In this way, whenever doubts arise, I persist.
Dolly tips Trust me when I say all you have to do is persist. Think of this. Imagine someone tells you "hey, I love your green hair". would you say "umm i'm actually brunette, but now that you said that, I guess I had green hair all along" or would you say "girl are you blind? I literally have brown hair."?
Thats the confidence you need to have in your assumption. Your brain might sometimes act like an annoying little brat, but you know the truth.
Ok bye! remember that you already have your desires and everything you want is already destined for you!
⋆𐙚 ̊. have you ever felt unmotivated to shift out of nowhere, not felt connected to your dr, or simply thought that it would be better to try another day? let me reassure you that there’s a reason behind this pattern.
— unmotivated = your ego is purposely making you feel unmotivated to shift, so you just don’t feel like doing it
— doubts = your ego is telling you all the “what ifs” to make you hesitate
— not connected = your ego makes you think being connected to your dr is a feeling. but it’s not. so if you don’t feel connected, you assume you can’t shift. a win for the ego
— fear of change = the fear of knowing you’re going to experience a whole new life is your ego trying to keep you in what’s already familiar here
— overthinking = your ego keeps you stuck in your head, making you analyze every single thing instead of shifting
— indecisive = when you can’t decide where to shift, your ego makes you think you need to have a clear goal in mind instead of just trusting yourself
— maybe not today = your ego gives you reasons to stay and you listen every time
notice how these things usually happens right when you’re about to shift? that’s not random at all. it’s just your ego trying to keep you exactly where you are. and i can only assume it has worked, right? it’s supposed to sound convincing because your ego is meant to keep you in what already feels familiar. but the good thing is that your ego is not you! you don’t have to keep letting it make decisions for you.
“but how do i silence my ego?”
for me, it’s not about silencing it. it’s more about understanding that whenever i feel more drawn to this reality than my dr, is only because it’s my ego’s feelings and not mine. that way, it becomes much easier for me to not listen to what it’s saying. it also becomes easier to reframe those thoughts to something that aligns with my goal instead of continuing to listen to thoughts i don’t even want. it puts me in control instead of my ego!
i am not a buddhist nor a Hindu myself. I am a practicing Orthodox Christian. But when it comes to searching for shifting /loa /manifesting /spiritualism? i'll take whatever i can find. Now look, these ancient teachings don't have a magic wand that says "lets just jump in there" ,but they do have a pretty powerful "shortcuts" that will instantly plunge the mind into that void. Specifically, Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, the esoteric branch of Hinduism, offers 112 different methods for instantly stopping the mind and pushing it into that void.
First of all, ''the space between two breathes'' (Kumbhaka) In buddhism and hinduism, the greatest secret is that microscopic moment when one breath ends but another doesn't begin. That moment is when you disconnect from this world. And yeah it has an easy way.. breathe in, breathe out. Stop at the exact second u exhale. Focus on the silence that occurs when your lungs are empty. That void is actually your shifting gateway. The longer you prolong those seconds, the more your physical body begins to fade away. And oh, also, be careful and start SLOW. Cause If u do it incorrectly or forcefully, you may experience dizziness, stress, or even fainting...
Second thing ive found is.. "Neither this nor that" (Advaita Vedanta) That is the fastest way to eliminate the mind (the logical left lobe of ur brain). In shifting, every time you say, "i am this, i am here," you are anchored to that reality. Lie down in bed and say to everything that crosses your mind that; Is your body tingling? "nope that's not me." or did you hear a sound? "that's not me." did a thought come to ur mind? "that's not me." Basically reject everything until nothing remains. That remaining pure "awareness" is the void itself... What remains? According to Vedanta, the unchanging, observing pure awareness. That is, the inner, "observing thing." They call it Atman, and surprisingly, it is said to be the same as Brahman. So, individual self = universal reality. Non duality? it's easy to understand, but quite difficult to live with. cause the mind is constantly addicted to labeling itself, saying "this is who i am, this is what i am." it's like stripping the mind bare, leaving it completely exposed. You shed layers upon layers. And the human ego doesn't exactly love that, mind you...
Now ''Dharana'', think of the discipline of The Hierophant card. Instead of dividin the mind into a thousand pieces, confining it to a single point allows reality to break...Close your eyes and focus only on that point between your eyebrows,aka the 3rd eye, or just a single white spot in your mind. Think of nothing else. After a while, the mind will give a "system error" and throw you back into that single point, into the void. Dharana, in yoga, means concentration. But not at the level of "alrigh i put my phone down and focused for 5 minutes." It means literally fixing your mind on a single object. Thr rule is lowkey simple.. If the mind wanders, u bring it back. If it wanders again, you bring it back again. ''Dharana'' focus, ''Dhyana'' uninterrupted flow, meditation; ''Samadhi'' complete union, dissolution of the sense of "self"....
The easiest way to do this is actually to "stop searching." Theres a saying in buddhism that "as long as you keep searching, you won't find, because the seeker is what she seeks." You think shifting is about going somewhere "out there," but these teachings say, "Youre already everywhere, you just choose to focus on this body." Stop "trying to go." Try relinquishing this reality as if you were already there. By releasing the energy of the 4 Pentacles aka the holding on energy, and 9 Wands, in your cards, and simply "being" like The Sun, that door will open by itself.
🌑 How to enter the Void state (Part 2) and shift reality
In this second part, we will use either lucid dreaming (LD), sleep paralysis (SP), or astral projection (AP) to access the void state and/or shift realities.
These methods are not commonly used because they require practice and may be frightening due to negative hallucinations or mental projections that can arise in these states. However, here are the advantages of using them:
Simplicity once mastered: after gaining control, entering the void state or shifting realities becomes straightforward. You just need a clear intention and absolute certainty that it will happen.
Suitable for everyone: especially beneficial for those who struggle with the first method, providing a nightly opportunity to access the void state or shift realities
Flexibility between states: once you’ve mastered one state, switching between them to enter the void or shift becomes easy.
🔻🔻The key is to stabilize yourself before proceeding.🔻🔻
My favorite combinations
- Sleep paralysis → Void state → Shift
- Lucid dream → Void state → Shift
Whether you use LD, AP or SP, there are 3 key principles to remember:
🔑Maintain positive or neutral thoughts and emotions
Negative hallucinations only happen due to your thoughts or emotions. Nothing bad can happen to you (unless you believe it can). At worst, you’ll just wake up.
→ To avoid negative projections : (1) Affirm during the day that these states are enjoyable and safe for you. (2) Before bed, listen to music that puts you in a good mood, (3) and during these states, focus on positive or funny thoughts.
🔑Stabilize in these states
Once you’re in one of these states, stabilize yourself before doing anything else.
E.g. In SP: don’t panic. First, stabilize yourself by staying calm and taking your time to breathe. Then, focus on the next step, to access the void.
E.g. In a LD : If you miss the chance to shift (the dream fades, and you find yourself awake in the dark), keep your eyes closed and try to induce SP or astral projection (AP). Once you’re stabilized in either state, you can choose to enter the void, shift to another reality.
🔑Align Attention, Intention, and Thoughts
They must be perfectly aligned to enter the void, switch states, or shift realities. This may take practice.
Tips: Before You Sleep
Take a moment to plan what you’re going to do. Spend at least 2 minutes clearly affirming your intention: which method you will use (lucid dreaming, astral projection, or sleep paralysis) and why (to access the void or shift). Also, decide which state you will choose to switch to in case of failure.
🐚 How to enter the void or shift from Sleep Paralysis (SP)

Stabilize yourself in this state by staying still, closing your eyes, and breathing slowly and calmly.

Focus on the intention of "now" to enter your Void state: imagine floating without a body in total darkness, and confidently affirm (in your mind) that you’re already there. Repeat:
“I am now in the Void.”

Acknowledge your intention to be in your DR. Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, then:
Affirm firmly: “I am now in [DR's name].”
Or, visualize yourself physically present in your DR and using your senses (e.g., imagine waking up in your DR and trying to feel the sheets, etc.).
🐚 How to enter the void or shift from Astral Projection (AP)

Once you’re in astral projection, engage all your senses (touch a wall, smell flowers, feel different textures, etc.) to stabilize yourself in the astral world.

With certainty, think that you will return to your physical body that belong to your DR, in your desired reality.
Tip: If you have a script for your DR, find an image of the room where you will wake up that matches a room in your DR and focus on returning to your physical body in that room, which belongs to your DR.
🌑 To enter the Void state

In the astral world, with your astral body, lie down on the ground. Close your eyes and focus strongly on entering the Void.
→ During astral projection, thought is enough to manifest everything you want in your astral world.

im just sure so many of you ask this on a daily basis and it just confuses you. I think we need to redefine the meaning of shifting. I want all of you to engrave this in your minds;
WHAT SHIFTING ISN'T:
not traveling from here to there
not hypnosis, lucid dreaming, maladaptive dreaming (all of you already know that but these are the most common misconceptions)
not astral projection, witchcraft or "soul leaving body" (unlike death i mean)
not going to a fairytale land only you know about (your dr people are living normal lives, theyre not figurines)
ends when you d1e/shift somewhere else (all other realities exist independent from you)
you dont appear out of thin air, your drself was born and lived there.
WHAT SHIFTING IS;
changing your focus, focusing on another reality, tricking your brain into thinking youre your drself
shift of consciousness, not literally moving somewhere else
is like dreaming, effortless and natural
something we constantly do, with every decision, we never stop moving, shifting happens every single second.
WHAT WE SHOULD NOT DO WHILE SHIFTING
we should not measure other realities by the metrics of this reality. think about it, unicorns are mythical here but maybe in another reality, normal horses are mythical.
we should not perceive shifting as a big, climax of a moment, its literally just opening your eyes in another reality (which already happens everytime we blink)
we should not be scared to do "too much" because nothing is too crazy, too good or too impossible to be true. Think of your dr people, they would never consider your dr too good to be true (duh lol) youre one of them.
Anyways now the part ;
You shift by literally convincing your mind of another physical reality. Disconnect from this reality, stop saying "I'm me and I'm trying to shift" when you're lying in bed. You're currently in a simulation, and that simulation is called cr. This isn't real, it's just a screenshot. Choose a physical anchor, place your hands on the bed or where you're sitting. Perceive what you're touching not as a bedspread, but as your dr's texture. Press your fingers there and focus on feeling the texture and coolness and all the other details. (i shifted using this from a lucid)
Close your eyes and forcefully create the following in your mind as if you were in dr:
3 Sounds: find/imagine 3 things from dr, thats actually the fun part imo cause you get to immersive daydream. literally try to hear them, bring it in your mind and brace yourself as if youre using your ears for real.
2 Smells: Same as before, choose two smells and try to smell it as if youre in dr.
1 Sense: at this point you might start hitting hypnagogia and sense phantom touches, thats great.
Now for the main point: Tell your mind, "I refuse to see this place. I will stay on this room (or any dr place youll wake up at) until my visuals load." Don't ask "am I going to go?" here. Just keep feeling the texture of dr. If your mind interrupts with "there's an exam/an important event/your future here," say, "Those are a part of this temporary reality, I'll be getting the call of my s/o soon / my parents calling my name / my pet waking me up," and focus on the jolting of it.

the Heart Sutra saying: “form is emptiness, emptiness is form” meaning: what you experience as solid reality has no fixed essence. things appear but are empty at their core.that has nothing to do with reality not being as real or solid as it feels.
the Diamond Sutra saying: let go of identity,ego,concepts and attachments and the moment you stop clinging to the false 3d you experience reality directly. not filtered, not constructed,not distorted by your ego just your true awareness. unrelated right?
the Lankavatara Sutra teaching: reality is shaped by mind and what you perceive what you experiencen is not independent it arises from consciousness itself. and these monks who spent: years decades entire lifetimes in meditation observing every thought every sensation every layer of awareness just made all of this up?
they didn’t actually experience the sweet sweet serenity of just being your pure awarness and the calmness that comes with being one with the divine(you) they just wrote thousands of pages for fun, right?obviously they were not documenting what they directly experienced.

who wrote the Platform Sutra teaching that the mind is originally pure not something you have to build not something you have to create but something that is already: empty clear aware and that everything thoughts identity and reality itself arises from this emptiness. but.. are you sure this has nothing to do with the void right?
“Originally there is nothing.” nothing to hold on to nothing to identify with nothing that is truly fixed the Gateless Gate asking questions like: “What is your original face before you were born?” questions that make no logical sense on purpose. because the goal is not to understand but to break thinking completely to push the mind(only your ego)into collapse until there are no thoughts left only awarenes. that’s definitely not what people describe when they say they reach the void.
and Zen itself teaching: that direct experience > theory not reading not thinking not analyzing not researching but seeing for yourself. experiencing. and yet people today spend more time : reading posts scrolling consuming content about the void instead of actually experiencing or even trying to get into the void or shifting . that’s not the problem at all. obviously.
and the Tao Te Ching teaching the universe comes from nothing. “Tao” litterally meaning formless,empty,ungraspable “Empty yourself of everything.Let the mind become still.” not add more not do more but remove thoughts, effort and identity until what remains is stillness,emptiness and awareness but yeah. that has nothing to do with what people experince in the void.
and the Zhuangzi teaching: reality is fluid identity is not fixed and that the “self” you think you are is not stable not permanent not real in the way you think it is, reality might be real but it is not true. telling you to forget yourself drop the ego drop the identity merge with everything(becoming one with the universe) until there is no separation no “you” vs “everything else” just awareness. and when you sit in this feeling and truly forget yourself,your thoughts,your identity what remains? but yeah. that’s definitely not the process people describe when entering the void, right?
and Taoism as a whole literally saying your natural state is emptiness thinking is disturbance and what you’re trying to reach is not something new but something you already are. but yeah. that’s not what people have been saying at all.
and of course it not like the monks in
tibet
who literally teach there is a state of pure empty awareness a state you can enter consciously but only if you do not fear it do not react to it because the moment you do you lose it. but yeah. that has nothing to do with what often happens to first time shifters who shift for the first time or get into the void for the first time right?
the tibetian book of dead literally says: right after death you enter a state called Clear Light where there is no body no thoughts
no physical 3d world just: awareness, pure that’s definitely not what people call the void. it’s not like it’s described as “empty yet aware… luminous… infinite” and it’s not like they explain what happens next,that if you recognize this state stay calm and do not react you reach liberation. but if you panic you fall back, back into form,identity,illusion the 3d (which totally doesn’t sound like what happens when people get close and suddenly snap out of it, right?) but yeah. they were allll just imagining it. it’s not like this is literally awareness + nothingness the exact thing people today call the void state.
and its not like ancient civlizations in
egypt
who believed that before anything existed there was only: darkness infinite stillness and formlessness not space, not time, not matter infinite darkness
this state called Nun not a place not an object but the primordial void the source from which: everything emerges it being litterally described as: no sky no earth no time no gods just endless dark emptiness. that’s definitely not similar to anything people describe today. totally different from what people call the void.
and the Pyramid Texts teaching what happens after death describing the soul returning not to a physical place but to a formless state before creation back to the origin the beginning the void.
and the Coffin Texts describing: the journey through the afterlife not as something physical but as movement through darkness and formlessness returning to what existed before everything. and the entire concept they were teaching that, everything comes from emptiness that the universe began from Nun that emptiness is not nothing but the source of everything that creation itself came from the void. but yeah. completely meaningless. and that after death you don’t just disappear you return to darkness to formlessness to the original state
and it’s not like civilizations across the world who had no contact with each other no shared language, no shared systems described the same idea, that before everything there was: emptiness and beyond everything there is emptiness. all fake right?

who talk about Fana the annihilation of self, teaching that your ego disappears and your “I” disappears at your highest form of being. which means right now you think: “I am me”
“I have an identity” but that “I” is temporary and falsely constructed the goal is to let that “I” dissolve. they describe it as losing yourself disappearing becoming nothing just existence. totally not what giving up your ego sounds like right?
it’s not like they say you don’t just become empty you become filled with: love unity and serenity
so their “void” is, empty of ego, but full of connection. and it’s not like they explain the process of reaching this state too, right?
through love and devotion focus on God (the good in life, the power of the supreme, the power within you) ego starts dissolving the “I” becomes weaker Fana (annihilation) no self remains and after that comes Baqa(remaining) you exist again but without ego dissolving into something bigger there is no boundary between: “you”
and everything.
and it’s not like it is literally scientifically and mathematically true that in higher spatial dimensions (four and more), our 3D understanding of “inside” and “outside” fails. that concepts of boundary and containment vanish that objects can become unknotted that a 3D sphere can be removed from a closed 3D box without passing through its walls.

The Dopamine Trap: Why You Keep Checking If It Manifested
If you have ever manifested something and found yourself checking your phone every ten minutes to see if it happened yet, you are not crazy. You are human. What you are experiencing is not just impatience or lack of faith. It is a neurological loop driven by dopamine, reward prediction, and uncertainty.
Let’s break it down.
Your brain runs on a reward system. One of the key chemicals involved in this system is dopamine. Dopamine is often misunderstood as the “pleasure chemical,” but neuroscientists have clarified that dopamine is actually more about anticipation and motivation than pleasure itself. It pushes you to seek rewards. It drives curiosity. It fuels the urge to check.
When you start manifesting something you want, your brain registers a potential reward. A text from someone you love. A job offer. Exam results. Money. Your brain then starts predicting the moment that reward will appear. This process is called reward prediction.
The interesting part is that dopamine spikes most strongly before the reward arrives, not after it arrives. That anticipation is what creates the urge to check repeatedly.
Now combine this with uncertainty.
In behavioral psychology, there is something called intermittent reinforcement, which is one of the most powerful learning mechanisms in the brain. Intermittent reinforcement means rewards arrive unpredictably. Think about slot machines, social media notifications, or checking messages. You do not know when the reward will appear, so you keep checking.
Your brain learns: “Maybe the reward is here now.”
Every time you check, you reinforce the loop.
The cycle looks like this:
You imagine your manifestation.
Your brain anticipates a reward.
Dopamine increases motivation to check.
You check for evidence.
If the reward is not there yet, anticipation increases again.
The checking behavior becomes habitual.
Congratulations. Your manifestation process has accidentally turned into a psychological slot machine.
And here is where it becomes a problem.
Constant checking strengthens the identity of someone who does not have the result yet. In cognitive science terms, your brain keeps reinforcing the prediction that the reward is still pending.
Your Reticular Activating System, which filters information based on relevance, starts scanning your environment for confirmation that the manifestation has not arrived yet. The more you check, the more your brain encodes the assumption of absence.
So ironically, the behavior that feels like “staying focused on the desire” can actually reinforce the feeling of waiting.
Let’s talk about how to break the dopamine trap.
1. Reduce the checking behavior
Every time you resist the urge to check, you weaken the habit loop. In habit formation research, breaking the cue-action-reward cycle gradually reduces compulsive behavior.
2. Shift from outcome focus to identity focus
Instead of asking “Did it manifest yet?” ask “Who am I becoming?” Identity-based thinking stabilizes your mindset and reduces reward obsession.
3. Normalize delayed rewards
The brain handles delayed rewards better when they are framed as inevitable rather than uncertain. When you assume something is already unfolding, the urgency decreases.
4. Replace checking with repetition
If your brain wants something to do, give it something productive. Repeat affirmations, focus on your goals, or continue with daily activities. Repetition strengthens neural pathways associated with the desired identity.
5. Regulate your dopamine intake
Excessive scrolling, social media notifications, and constant stimulation train your brain to expect instant rewards. Reducing these inputs helps your nervous system tolerate delayed gratification.
Here is a simple example.
Imagine someone manifesting a text from their partner. If they check their phone every two minutes, their brain is reinforcing “I am waiting.” If they assume communication is natural and continue living their day, their brain gradually registers the desire as normal rather than urgent.
Normal is powerful.
The brain loves familiarity. When an idea becomes familiar, it becomes believable.
And yes, let us add a little humor here. If checking your phone every three minutes could manifest a relationship, half the population would be happily married by now.
Manifestation is less about obsessing over the reward and more about conditioning your identity to expect it naturally.
When your brain stops treating the desire like a rare prize and starts treating it like a normal outcome, the mental resistance disappears.

Self-hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind which can be defined as a heightened state of focused concentration. With it, you can change your thinking, kick bad habits, and take control of the person you are—along with relaxation and destressing from everyday life. It's similar to meditation and results in a better you.
How to apply self hypnosis.
Get into comfortable clothing. It's pretty hard entering any kind of deep, relaxed state when all you can think about is the waistband of your jeans cutting off your circulation. So take this as an excuse to throw on some sweats. You want absolutely nothing distracting you.
Make sure the temperature is good, too. Have a blanket or a sweater ready if you run on the chilly side. Sometimes feeling warm can be very comforting, too.
Although some people prefer to lie down, you are more susceptible to sleep than when sitting up. Whether you sit or lie, ensure that you do not cross your legs or any part of your body. You may be in this position for a while and this could end up being uncomfortable.
No self-hypnosis is effective if it gets interrupted by a phone call, a pet, or a kid. Turn off your phone (and the alerts), lock the door, and sequester yourself. This is you time.
The amount of time you want to dedicate to this is up to you. Most prefer to be in a trance (we try to avoid that phrase as it has certain...err...negative connotations) for about 15 or 20 minutes, but you should also allow time to get in and out of it, too.
Figure out your hypnosis goals. Are you doing it just to relax? For self-improvement? To train your brain? If you're doing it to achieve a greater end (weight loss, void), prepare a list of affirmations. Self-hypnosis can be used just for relaxation, sure, but it can be for a number of life-enhancing things, too. Many use it to achieve their goals, change their thinking, or just as general positive reinforcement or motivation. Here are some examples of affirmations you could try: I'm capable of letting go everything that's stopping me to connect myself from my higher self or you can use void Affirmation you prefer .
Entering hypnosis
Close your eyes and work to rid your mind of any feelings of fear, stress, or anxiety. When you begin, you might find it difficult not to think. You may find that thoughts keep intruding. When this happens, don't try to force the thoughts out. Observe them impartially, and then let them slip away.
Alternatively, some like to pick a point on the wall and focus on it. It could be the corner, it could be a smudge, it could be wherever you want it to be. Focus on the point, concentrating on your eyelids. Repeat to yourself that they're getting heavier and heavier and let them close when you cannot keep them open anymore.
Recognize the tension in your body. Beginning with your toes, imagine the tension slowly falling away from your body and vanishing. Imagine it freeing each body part one at a time starting with your toes and working its way up your body. Visualize each part of your body becoming lighter and lighter as the tension is removed.
Relax your toes, then your feet. Continue with your calves, thighs, hips, stomach and so on, until you've relaxed each portion, including your face and head. Using imagery techniques of something you find comforting or soothing, such as water (feel the water rushing over your feet and ankles, cleansing them of tension) can be effective as well.
Take slow, deep breaths. When you exhale, see the tension and negativity leaving in a dark cloud. As you inhale, see the air returning as a bright force filled with life and energy.
At this point, you can use visualization as you so choose. Think of a lemon and cut it in half in your mind. Imagine the juices oozing out and getting over your fingers. Place it in your mouth. What's your reaction? How does it feel, taste, and smell? Then, move onto more meaningful visions. Imagine your bills blowing away in the breeze. Imagine you running off those pounds. Get as detailed as possible. Always think of your five senses.
Appreciate the fact that you are now extremely relaxed. Imagine you are at the top of a flight of 10 stairs which at the fifth step start to submerge into water. Picture every detail of this scene from the top to the bottom. Tell yourself that you are going to descend the stairs, counting each step down, starting at 10. Picture each number in your mind. Imagine that each number you count is further down and one step closer to the bottom. After each number, you will feel yourself drifting further and further into deep relaxation.
As you take each step, imagine the feel of the step under your feet. Once you are at the fifth step imagine and truly feel the refreshing coolness of the water and tell yourself that you are stepping into an oasis of purity and cleanliness. As you begin to descend the last five steps, start to feel the water getting higher and higher up your body. You should now start to feel somewhat numb and your heart will start to race a bit, but notice it and let any qualms about the situation just drift away into the water.
Feel a floating sensation.
Repeat your affirmation to yourself as many times as you wish.
And after some minutes you're on the void boom . You can use any mediation short ones beforehand to focus or use any subliminal i would suggest lotsumi and Arabella subliminal .
(ii) ⋆ the blunt reason why you "haven't shifted" is more comforting than you think, and you need to hear it.
i'm sure shifting can feel frustrating, especially when you sit down for an attempt and don't see any tangible signs that you're getting closer or making real progress. so i'm here to reassure you and hopefully offer some better insight into your own shifting journey.
these are patterns i've noticed across my own attempts, particularly my most successful ones, based on reflections i've done through tarot readings to gain a deeper understanding of what's really happening on the spiritual side of things during a shifting attempt through the help of higher power. from those readings, i've been able to identify some potential key themes and ideas around what actually makes an attempt successful, what doesn't, and what truly muddies your ability to shift.

what makes a successful attempt?
and here's where i think the real nuance comes in. we typically define a successful attempt as fully shifting your awareness and grounding yourself in your dr. but i'm here to change your perspective on what a successful attempt actually is. there is no such thing as a failed shifting attempt. the moment you decide to lay down, whether it's a wake method or a sleep method and you set that intention to shift, the shifting experience begins immediately. in that moment, you are already connecting with dr self. you are already doing everything right. the second you set the intention and engage your intentions on shifting, the shift is happening and unraveling. you are literally shifting, whether you believe it or not (thus you can shift with doubts). just like anyone else you see online, anyone you follow, anyone whose experiences you hear about, when you decide to set that intention spiritually, the shift occurs. because it's your power and your decision.
these factors aren't what's making your attempts fail. they're not signs that nothing is working or that you're doing something wrong. they're just muddy. static on the line, not a broken signal. because the moment you genuinely choose to shift, it's already happening. it's not conditional. it doesn't sometimes work and sometimes not, the intention itself sets it in motion, it wants to happen. your dr is reaching out. the process is already in motion. what these factors do is potentially cloud that connection. doubt, perfectionism, symptom-chasing, passive hoping none of them cancel the shift. they just make it a bit fuzzy to receive. they pull your focus away from something that's already unfolding and redirect it toward noise. so the attempt was never the problem. the connection was always there. it's just about learning to stop getting in your own way long enough to actually meet it.
okay, so why do i not shift then?
now, there are a number of reasons possibly why, even though you've set the intention and your spiritual self is already aligning with your dr you may not fully ground or fully shift your awareness to the point of opening your eyes in your desired reality. quick reminder: this is all based on my own personal research and my own journey, and what i've been able to piece together from that. i hope it resonates with you, it certainly resonates for me but shifting is such an individual experience, and that's always worth keeping in mind.
1. you do not truly want to shift.
this can manifest as seeing shifting as a burden, lack of passion, drive or even lack of mental clarity and decisions. (6 swords, 10 wands, 2 swords)
this might be a brutal take, and possibly a frustrating one to hear, especially if you've been attempting to shift for months or even years. but i genuinely think it's something a lot of us need to sit with. when you attempt over and over to the point of frustration, when you feel like you're seeing no results, shifting starts to feel like a chore. and at that point, rather than actually accepting the version of your dr self that's already reaching out to you, you start waiting, passively hoping that something external will just carry you there without your decision, that's the trap. you have to actively choose to set the intention. i know that sounds harder than it is, but it's so much simpler than we make it. you have to decide to shift. and part of that decision is releasing the grip — letting go of the frustration, the pressure, the worries, the sense that this is something you're obligated to perform rather than something you simply can do. you feel like "ugh, i've been going at this for years let me just lay down and try and hope i get there, or hope something happens."
what does this look like?
take sleep methods, for example. when you fall asleep hoping you'll wake up in your dr, yes — the intention is technically there. but what you're really seeking in that moment is the relief of sleep itself. you're seeking the release from the stress and frustration that shifting has accumulated for you and the hope that something will sway in. so subconsciously, that's exactly what you get. you fall asleep, you withdraw from the worry, but you don't shift. you just sleep. the withdrawal happened without the crossing.
this can also show up in wake methods. you might go into an attempt feeling genuinely driven and passionate, and that's real. but if subconsciously there's doubt, uncertainty, discomfort, or quiet fear sitting underneath all of that, it creates invisible barriers. ones that don't actually exist, but feel just as solid.
listen to your intuition, if today feels right then allow it but don't force it assume no progress and then beat yourself down when in reality you weren't fully interesed.
2. you think nothing is happening or nothing is working.
this can manifest as believing no symptoms=no shift, or believing you're still here, or over-analysing. (4 cups, 5 cups, page swords)
as someone who's a perfectionist and analytical, this one hits close to home. we've been conditioned to believe that a successful attempt has to come with symptoms, that you should feel your room shifting, feel something changing, feel something. and so when you go into an attempt, you start monitoring. checking. measuring. and the moment you do that, you've pulled your attention away from the one thing that actually matters, accepting your dr self and the reality that's already reaching out to you. chasing proof is what makes you miss it. you get so focused on finding evidence that something is working that you become completely blind to the shift itself. and the irony is that shifting can feel like absolutely nothing. you can set the intention and shift immediately, no symptoms, no sensations, no dramatic transition. so stop grading your attempt. stop asking yourself "is this working? what am i doing wrong? why can't i feel anything?" — because every time you ask that question, you're turning away from your dr reality, not toward it. instead, affirm where you are. trust it. believe it without needing it to prove itself to you first. the shift isn't something you can monitor your way into, it's something you allow.
3. you give up too early.
this can manifest as getting bored or believing that because you've been attempting for a certain time period, "nothing must be working" (6 swords, 8 cups, 5 cups)
this one ties directly into my awake girlies, but it can apply to asleep too! shifting can feel like nothing. so you can be mid-attempt, fully in it, and genuinely believe that nothing is happening, and that's where the ego steps in. it convinces you to stop. to open your eyes. to give up. but what was actually happening beneath that stillness is that you were shifting. your dr self was reaching out, and you were aligning with it. the moment you open your eyes and give up, your subconscious snaps back. it can't leave you suspended between realities, so it anchors you back here, and it feels like nothing ever happened. but it did. you were already leaving. that's why so many people feel like they've never made progress, when in reality they've been close over and over again. every time they got too in their head, every time the doubt got loud enough, they opened their eyes and unknowingly pulled themselves back. it's not easy, because sometimes attempts may take longer than feels bearable. but a lot of the time, giving up early isn't a failed attempt, it's a interrupted one. the shift was there. you just didn't stay long enough to land. trust your own ability. trust that it's working even when it feels like silence. sometimes there are no symptoms, no sensations, just a quiet click and suddenly you're there.
okay so what can i do to successfully shift?
i know this might start to sound repetitive and is said a lot in the community, but it's worth saying again. every single one of these factors: the lack of passion, the over-analysis, giving up too early, none of them are real restrictions. they're things we create, and then we believe in them so hard that they become walls. when you don't have the passion, the choice to shift is still there. but instead of receiving it openly, you're carrying it like a burden. when you're overanalyzing, the opportunity is right in front of you, your dr self is literally reaching out, but you're more preoccupied with whether you're doing it correctly than with what's actually being offered to you. and when you give up too early, you could be seconds away. genuinely. and then you open your eyes and snap back, and it feels like proof that nothing was happening. but it wasn't proof of failure, it was you leaving right before the finish line. these feelings are valid. it makes complete sense that this process feels defeating when you don't understand what's happening underneath it. but that's exactly the point. what feels like a wall is just static. the shift itself was never the problem.
why does shifting feel difficult, shouldn't it be easy?
shifting is as easy as breathing, simple in concept, but the receiving of it is where it gets complicated. the moment you set the intention, it's already happening. that part is effortless. but what's happening in your subconscious on any given day can quietly interfere without you even knowing why, and because you can't always pinpoint the cause, it builds frustration. and frustration builds cycles. and cycles are why some people spend years in the same pattern, putting in effort, hoping something lands, but unknowingly repeating the same blocks over and over. the shift is always reaching out to you. your job isn't to force it, it's to receive it. to choose it. to actually want it without conditions or expectations clouding the line. you have free will. you have the power to make that choice. but the moment you forget that, or the moment you start placing expectations on how it should feel or look, that connection gets muddy. and that's really the whole thing.
letting go, staying passionate, trying things out, affirming, owning your power, releasing other people's expectations or advice and seeking your own journey, trusting your intuition, and not letting a pity party get to your head, that's genuinely all it takes.
(p.s. even after you've shifted before (lol), attempts can still feel incomplete sometimes. and that's not failure, it might just be that you're anxious about an exam the next day, or uncomfortable, or there's too much noise in your head to fully let go. but if you can genuinely internalise the belief that it's always there, always available, always working a difficult attempt stops feeling like a dead end and starts feeling like a waypoint. that shift in perspective alone makes you more open, and being more open is half of it. i also think this is why accidental shifts happen. in those moments, people aren't carrying expectations. they fall asleep subconsciously open to receiving the shift rather than desperately hoping it'll come to them. that distinction is everything.
there's a lot happening beneath the surface with shifting that we can't always see or measure. but the comfort is in knowing it's always in motion. it's always working.
Hi daisy, does inducing a specific brainwave help in manifesting faster?
Yes! It's not necessary but some of those "brainwaves" help you to get in a state where your logical side of the brain shuts down and your subconscious takes over - which helps you be really in tune with what you're affirming and visualizing and it also helps you to detach from the 3D. I hope my explanation makes sense.
The posts I linked in this post make it pretty clear I think. Idk if they were hard to understand but I can try to summarize it for you.
As you can see here in the graphic below there are 6 types of brainwaves. Those are the waves your brain naturally sends out when you're in the respective state (described in the pic).
If you listen to those types of waves (through binaural beats in yt) you kinda manipulate your brain into getting into a certain state.
For now, you can ignore the beta and gamma waves. For manifesting and shifting, usually only alpha waves, theta waves, delta waves and epsilon waves are talked about as they help with relaxation/detachment/reduced consciousness.
From what was said in the other two posts:
Theta and alpha waves seem the best for manifesting.
Delta waves the best for entering the void state.
Epsilon waves the best for shifting realities.
But of course everyone is different and they may work differently on you.

if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”

METHODS

Hey Upper East Siders! Gossip Girl here and I have a “challenge” for you. I don’t want you to think about the life you could be living, but the life you will be living after reading this post.
You’ve been denying yourself of a beautiful life for a long time, and that ends now. And i’m sure since you’ve read my “I look forward to never seeing you again” post, you know exactly how the law of assumption works and exactly what you need to do.
So here’s your new manifestation routine, because I am not going to lay back and watch every single one of you live a miserable life and doom scroll on tumblr. I thought the season of horror movies was last month, yet you’re still watching. But not for long.

-> The first minute right as you wake up is a really useful state where your subconscious is extremely susceptible to new assumptions & beliefs.
-> Imagine yourself having all your desires and the best self concept ever!!! Do this for as long as you want, until you are 100% certain that you have the best self concept and that you have everything you want in imagination. Your self concept = Nothing can “ruin” your manifestations because you already have them and you are above all your desires. You are on the pedestal.
ィ⠀THROUGHOUT THE DAY⠀࿐
-> Throughout the day when you find that your desires come to mind, go back to the state and just know that you have them. Feel yourself to have it in imagination. Imagine & feel. Have fun with it! Look at your vision boards, script, visualise, affirm, vaunt, do whatever you want as long as it fulfills you. DO THIS EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU THINK OF YOUR DESIRES!!!!
-> For those of you who are very busy throughout the day and don’t naturally think of their desires throughout the day because they don’t have time, set reminders on your phone!!! Download this app called “minimaList” on the app store, and you can set notifications! To download CLICK HERE
-> Set these reminders on your phone for every 1-2 hours so that you can dwell in the state of the wish fulfilled!!! e.g. A reminder goes off on your phone at 1pm which means it’s time to imagine & feel. Then another reminder goes off at 2pm or 3pm depending on what you choose telling you to imagine & feel. You can use a code word if you don’t want people to see the notifications on your phone. e.g. “I&F means to imagine and feel.”
ィ⠀GOING TO SLEEP⠀࿐
-> Do SATS as you are falling asleep. It’s alright if you don’t “succeed” when doing sats the first time. Control yourself from just falling asleep, keep persisting. This part is optional but it is very helpful to making your desires feel natural to you.
-> (Optional) You can also do an alpha state meditation right before you go to sleep. You can also do this alpha state meditation any time of the day when you are in a relaxed environment. -> CLICK HERE

EXPERIENCING THE 3D & FEELING DOUBTFUL
-> NOTE: Unidentifying with the 3D doesn’t mean to ignore the 3D. You are still experiencing the 3D in your day to day life, you simply cannot ignore it. All you can do is just not identify with it. How do you do this? When you experience the 3D, you do not assume that your 3D self is the real you, because your inner self is the real you! You view the 3D as nothing but an illusion based on past assumptions.
-> I want you to know that it’s normal to feel doubtful as the days go on when manifesting your dream life. But you HAVE to keep persisting and not let those doubts get to you. Keep going back to imagination & feeling!!! No matter what!!! Don’t EVER give up!! Don’t give up on yourself!! You don’t deserve that.

this is a joint/collab post between @blushydior and @angelsinluv. this was originally bambi’s post so she’d written most of it but doesn’t want to post it on her blog for personal reasons. so we thought it’d be a good idea for me to post it on mine and put our knowledge together since it’s been the talk lately.
there are many different ways of understanding the law and manifesting your desires whether it be behind a scientific point of view or the principle, states.

now, let get into it.
☆ ┊ 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒
the sooner you understand and get the gist of states, the more seamless your manifesting journey will be. this realization is what brought bambi to manifest her dream life.
states manifest and thoughts don’t and i’ll explain why in this guide but in no way shape or form that i am pushing my beliefs onto you.
even if you don’t agree with that statement or are unable to fully click and resonate with states just yet know that states and thoughts work together to bring awareness to what mindset/story you’re entertaining.
for example, if you wanted to know what state you’re in, you would look at your thoughts. why? because when you change your state, your thoughts naturally change as well so therefore, thoughts and feeling are indicators of what you’re state in.
if your day to day thoughts are:
where are my desires?
why hasn’t the 3D conformed yet?
i didn’t get to saturate my mind today, now i won’t get it
you are coming from a state of lack. a state of not having your desire unaware that your imagination trumps the 3D. always.
i’m not saying it’s a crime to affirm all day. many people enjoy it so it’s not out of lack. it’s up to how you’re doing it.
with manifestation, you’re either in the state of:
being the person who has it
being the person who is trying to get it
in the law of assumption, what creates reality? your mind (consciousness)
so, if you’re affirming, visualizing, doing all these things IN YOUR MIND, to change your reality (3D) then…
BY DEFAULT:
imagination creates reality
the 3D is a reflection of your state of BEING
always look inwards for confirmation because that’s the true reality!
☆┊ 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄
aka choose what you want to manifest! this would mainly be the state of the wish fulfilled.
state = your state of being / state of consciousness. your I AM.
it’s what you identify as. your awareness of being.
choose what you want and embody the version of you / person who already has their desire.
for example, if you wanted $10 million, you choose to be in the state of fulfillment - the person who has $10 million.
that is now your state - the person who has their desire. the state of the wish fulfilled.
☆ WHAT IS THE STATE OF THE WISH-FULFILLED?
the state of the wish fulfilled is the state in which your desire has already been fulfilled - that it is already done because consciousness is the only reality. there is nothing left for you to do because creation is finished!
you do not create anything, you only occupy and live in your desired state to bring it to life. this is why there is power in your awareness (of being). be aware of who you are being in relation to your desire.
☆ MORE ON STATES
infinite states exist within consciousness - this means that anything is possible and not all of them are true/will manifest. only the state that you constantly dwell and identify with, manifests.
this is also why infinite realities exist. your state is your reality.

☆ ┊ 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐌 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐎 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐓
now that you set the intention of embodying the person who has their desires, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that align with your state will naturally flow to you.
as you can tell, thoughts and feelings are a product of a state but repeating affirmations, visualizing, doing whatever you want can also help you sustain and being into the state. that’s what techniques are for!
so what would you be thinking and how would you feel if you had your desire?
thinking = imaginal acts that include visualizing, affirming, inner convos, feeling, etc.
thinking is not just affirming because there are people who think in visuals and others who think in forms of words (affirmations). do what feels natural to you. — blushydior
affirm: “i have $10 million dollars in the bank!”
visualize: any scene that implies you have $10 million dollars in the bank
feeling: nonchalant / at peace / etc. knowing you have $10 million in your possession.
that is now your awareness / state of being
feeling ≠ emotion!
feeling = accepting your desire as a fact that it is yours because consciousness is the only reality.
☆ 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆
remember that the feeling is natural and it won’t be the same every single time. for example, if you’re now just starting to understand and enter the state of the wish fulfilled, it might be exciting, relieving - euphoric even but as you exercise returning back (persistence) to dwell in the state, it’ll start to feel natural. it might start feeling nonchalant, peace, calmness! so if you reach that point and start to worry, “i feel nothing but I know it done. am i doing something wrong?” no you’re not. it’s okay!
you don’t have to act as if. only be as if.
❝ Are you thinking from the state you desire? or is your dream just a passing fancy, a daydream you enjoyed for the moment, and then dropped? ❞
if you say you want money, are you gonna keep WANTING it? NO. to manifest, you ARE the person who has the money.
that’s it. that’s your state! you changed who you are.
YOU ARE THAT PERSON WHO HAS THE MONEY. simple. (that’s because the law is)
☆ 𝐓𝐑𝐘 𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐌𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐖
close your eyes, claim you have what you want. by affirming, visualizing, whatever feels good to you.
see it, feel it, know that your mind creates your world. what you see is THE REAL FACT.
isn’t it liberating? BECAUSE IT IS.
you are free to do and have whatever you want! this is why the 3D, circumstances and feelings DO NOT MATTER. why? because YOU, the operant power JUST SAID you have it in your mind so why are you going to let emotions and the 3D effect you?
now, accept these thoughts and your state as facts because that’s what they are. consciousness is the only reality so if you say and know that who you are in imagination is true, the law has no choice but to reflect your awareness of being.
not all thoughts are assumptions and you are not all of your states!
the state and thoughts you identify with manifests.
you are always passing through a number of states throughout your days. a state of sadness, a state of anger, a state of nonchalance, a state of fulfillment.
dwell and identify with the state of your choosing = the person has all their desires!
it’s the same thing with thoughts.
“thoughts are just thoughts. thoughts accepted as true are assumptions. and thoughts/assumptions are products of your state of consciousness. feelings do not mean emotion. feelings = the acceptance that your desire is a fact in imagination.” — blushydior
like i said, thoughts are just thoughts. unless you assign meaning to doubts and affirmations, they hold no power. you do. so which one are facts and which ones are powerless?
your imaginal acts, awareness of being (visualizing / affirming / inner convos / feeling / auditory / etc) = fact
doubts, intrusive, negative thoughts = powerless. don’t even care enough to label them. they’re silly little thoughts.
☆ ┊ 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄 - 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐒𝐓
all you have to do now is persist in that assumption and sustain your state until it hardens into a fact.
A COMMON MISCONCEPTION is that you have to CONSCIOUSLY be in the state all day everyday. NO. all you have to do is return to it/persist whenever you WANT to and WHENEVER you think about it
❝ You don't have to remain in a state if you have made a mistake. You can change states morning, noon, and night, but the state to which you most constantly return constitutes your dwelling place. ❞
SEE! it’s really no different. it’s the same as meditating on affs or rampaging, visualizing, thinking from your desire etc but it’s the fact that you are doing these things to make it natural & bc you enjoy it, not because you “don’t see it in the 3D” and you freak out then over-consume, affirm more, etc.
whenever you think about your desire, remind yourself that you already have it.
if you caught yourself dwelling in a place of lack, for example, asking “where is it?” / “it’s not here yet.” — correct yourself. return to the wish fulfilled and feel it to be a fact in imagination.
and you keep doing that WHENEVER YOU WANT TO until it feels natural. like neville said, it’s like putting on a new suit. at first it won’t feel natural but over some time, you won’t even be “conscious” of it because you already / naturally feel fulfilled! read my quotes thread that relates to this.
this is where methods come in as well. it gets you to dwell in your state whenever and however you want.
methods don’t hold any power. you do.
it’s not a chore. it’s a choice.
easy peasy.

you have fulfilled the inner man, accepted it as a fact and got your manifestation.
☆┊ 𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐔𝐍𝐅𝐀𝐕𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄
doubts, the 3D (interacting vs. reacting) and emotions
doubts, intrusives, opposing thoughts
you let them pass because you are already the person who has it all. if you identify as the person who has their desires (“i have xyz”) why would you let little doubts deter you? they can come in your mind ALL DAY but if you don’t identify with them, they don’t hold power.
if YOU know you’re already the person who has their desire, nothing and no one can stop them from conforming.
for example, if you were famous and all of a sudden you were told “no, you’re not!”
would you go:
“i’m not? oh my god… you’re right. i’m not famous!”
or
“uh…? wrong. because the evidence* is right there? i just said i’m famous so that’s what i am…. famous. lol.”
*evidence = you. your state/4D/mind.
☆ ┊𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝟑𝐃 - 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 ≠ 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆
→ ┊ REACTING is looking at the 3D and complaining. settling for what you see as a fact.
EXAMPLE: seeing the opposite of your manifestation
DON’T: “my life sucks. i hate it here. see? this is why i can never manifest what i want.” and settling for these thoughts as facts.
DO: “it doesn’t matter what i see. what and who i claim to me in my mind/imagination is the real fact that has no choice to be externalized!”
→ ┊ INTERACTING is doing what you need to do in the 3D/physical world but knowing that what you claim in your mind is the REAL fact.
EXAMPLE 1: you’re manifesting a romantic partner.
physically: when someone asks you “hey, are you in a relationship?” you say no.
but in your mind you go: sike. i have the perfect girl/boyfriend 🤭🤭
EXAMPLE 2: you’re manifesting money
physically: you decline to hangout with your friends because you have no money at the moment.
but in your mind you go: “i literally have so much money lol ?? i’m the richest person in the world with all the money i have in the bank.”
EXAMPLE 3: attending therapy or venting to loved ones
physically: “life’s been really difficult lately and it makes me feel stuck. i had a few breakdowns and anxiety problems, etc.”
mentally: (after venting) “that made me feel a little better. i let my feelings out instead of bottling them in. i know i have/will get my desires! everything’s okay. i’m safe.”
it doesn’t matter what you do or say in the 3D!
consciousness is the only reality so if you continue to dwell in the state most favorable to you, that is all that matters!
in this context: the repetition of affirmations. not repeatedly going back to the state of the wish fulfilled.
i’ve gotten a number of asks in the past asking me why they didn’t get what they want if they repeated the thought so many times. my only conclusion from this side of the screen is that you are in the state of trying to get it.
when manifesting, you don’t try. you either have it or you don’t.
so are you person a?
“okay i have to affirm on loop for 20 minutes, 2 times a day or else, i won’t get it my manifestation!”
blushy’s observation: you aren’t being the person who has their desires if you still feel like you need to get them. so you do all these things like over-consume information, force yourself to affirm the same affirmations on loop 1000x, looking for more answers, etc.
you simply aren’t in the state of being. you’re in the state of lack / trying to get it.
how can you try to get something you already have?
so switch states! how? scroll back up.
or person b?
“i feel like saturating my mind. why not? it’s fun.” →
“i already have all of my desires because i said so. there’s no need for me to worry or stress because it’s already mine! it’s done…” and so on.
so do you have it? yes or no?
☆ ┊𝐒𝐎 𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐃𝐎 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 𝐃𝐎𝐍’𝐓?
a related question: do dominant thoughts manifest?
you can affirm all day and be able to affirm on autopilot in the middle of your sleep or doing chores but if you:
don’t accept them as facts (assumptions)
identify with them
are in the state of trying to get them by going: “i need to affirm more or else i won’t receive my desire.”
you won’t see results.
that’s why it can only take one decision for a manifestation to come to fruition. you fully accepted it as a fact that the version in imagination is the true person who has it whether it be a desire or doubt.
it’s all about the knowing it’s already yours IN IMAGINATION - that your success is inevitable and it has no choice but to conform and harden into fact.
it’s called the law of assumption for a reason! (as neville even once said, law of being) you accept / assume you are the person who has it as true without any physical evidence because you know that imagination creates reality.
❝ This is the law of assumption so, if you assume that repeating affirmations all day will get you some kind of movement / your manifestation, that’s what you’ll get. It’s the same thing with techniques and methods, you give your thoughts and these ways of manifesting power. Thoughts are products of your state of consciousness but it doesn’t mean they’re all true. The idea that dominant thoughts manifest makes it seem tedious. The law is simple. Especially for people who are new to the law, you’re introduced to this idea and you begin to police every thought you have and affirm all day, everyday to make sure that your every dominant thought surrounding each topic in your life is a positive one. That’s exhausting and it’s not supposed to be. It contradicts the fact that you don’t have to make a smidge of effort in order to get your desires. […] It gives your thoughts power when you are not your thoughts. You are who you claim to be in imagination because imagination creates reality. So if you visualized or affirmed that you are the person who lives their dream life and accept it as a fact in your mind, nothing can make that change other than you and you are pure consciousness. You can have negative thoughts and feel your emotions because just like the outer world, they have nothing to do with you unless you identify with them. So choose your story. Your silly little thoughts or the fact that you are the person who has their desires. ❞ — blushydior
all you have to do is accept it as a fact that you are the person who has their desire and you will manifest faster than the speed of light.
this is my opinion but i don’t like the idea of affirming so much to wait until a thought is dominant so it can manifest. it’s very limiting.
it is a fact that you ARE the person who has your desire! the reason why affirming on loop and “dominant thoughts manifest” concept works for others is because they assume it does. remember that techniques don’t manifest, you do.

if you are affirming on loop and aren’t seeing results, this may be your problem and understanding states is the solution you’ve been looking for!

this goes along with manifesting with hard circumstances and being a neurodivergent!
i state in my guide that i knew i was the person who already had my desires and since i was constantly filled with intrusives, doubts, and other things (i didn’t identify with them, i just wanted them to lessen) i repeated them as reminders to made me feel better to saturate my mind that: “yes! i do have it.”
saturation is NOT necessary. you don’t need to do it but it helps in many cases as a technique to sustain your state and coping mechanism. it makes persistence easier for many.
another thing.
if you are this person:
“okay i’m going affirm all day and then i will get it!”
you will succeed because that is the assumption you’ve created. you fully accepted it as a fact that if you repeat it over and over again, you will get your manifestation.
so yay! you got it.
