Person A is really good with horses so they take Person B out for a trail ride and B has no experience with horses so they don’t want to go any faster than a walk and rides really close to A.

Prompt Submission - Prima Donna/Dresser Opera House AU

Person A is a brilliant opera singer and a total diva (throwing things, yelling at people, a general pain to work with). Person B is a poor employee in the opera house’s costume department and is terrified of A after hearing the horror stories about how tough she is to work with. B’s boss orders her to deliver something to A. When she arrives, A is screaming at the director about her dressing room assistant’s “incompetence”. A demands the director gives her a new assistant, and the director chooses the next person he sees, which happens to be B. (Based loosely off Antonio’s Wife by Jacqueline DeJohn, I picture it set in 1900’s NYC, but idk whatever you want).

can’t these be prompts for everyone, not just women into women?

There are a thousand prompt blogs out there, if you want a general one, go find it. Anyone can use my prompts of course, but that doesn’t change the fact that I made this blog for all my beautiful wlw on tumblr, that are severely underrepresented in the media, and are forced to turn to fan made content to see themselves simply exist.

Soulmate AU Tropes #3

The closer you are to your soulmate the warmer you feel, the further you are the colder. Basically finding your soulmate is one big game of hot and cold. 

You and your soulmate are attached by an unbreakable red thread tied on your ankles/wrists/wherever. 

Every night your dreams are actually your soulmate’s memories. 

Once you reach a certain age you begin to feel a pull towards your soulmate, just like magnets. 

The name of your soulmate appears on your body only after that person falls in love with you. 

If your soulmate gets a wound or cut, flowers bloom out of the same spot on your own body. 

The first time your soulmate ever touches you, it will leave a mark in the shape of their touch on your body. Alternatively, it will happen the last time your soulmate ever touches you. 

You and your soulmate both glow if you’re in a room together for the first time. (This can get confusing if more than 1 set of soulmates are in the room)
